              Florida Central Credit Union reported a charge off for the amount of $72 on my credit report in regards of a checking account that had a negative balance for a few months and i didn't notice about this. I don't use that checking account, and upon reviewing my transactions today at the bank the charges that caused the account to go negative were not made by me. I was never informed that the account was negative, i did not receive any type of communication in regards to this. However, i still decided to pay off the $72 balance in hopes that the credit union would remove that negative remark from my consumer credit report, but they refused. I'm not happy with this outcome, this should have not been reported to my consumer credit report, causing me harm. I did not authorize that and do not consent this action. I hope this matter is resolved or i will seek legal action. Remove this account from my consumer report. Thank you Acct #: *****************

              This company forced me to surrender my vehicle during Covid when my husband and I both lost our jobs. They had a private investigator calling me while the government was enduring a shut down. They would not accept a partial payment. I surrendered my car and now several years later they are killing my credit. They sold my car at auction for less than what it was worth and making me pay the difference. Horrible, horrible, company. There needs to be protection for those affected by the pandemic.
