    I had the unfortunate experience of using Transflo’s services, I must say that it was nothing short of a nightmare. From overcharging to unrealistic expectations, my entire interaction with Transflo left me deeply dissatisfied. Overcharging Tactics: My first major issue with Transflo was the way they handled billing. It became apparent that they engage in overcharging practices. On multiple occasions, I noticed discrepancies between the services I had used and the bills I received. This is not only unethical but also a breach of trust. This left me feeling like they were intentionally trying to exploit their customers. Customer Service was a Nightmare: When I attempted to address these billing issues with Transflo’s customer service, I was met with frustration and a lack of willingness to resolve the problem. It felt like they were not interested in listening to my concerns and were more focused on deflecting blame. Unrealistic Expectations: Transflo also had unrealistic expectations. The demands they placed on me were often impractical and bordered on exploitation. It’s essential for a company to be understanding and flexible with its clients, but this was not the case with Transflo. Sneaky Practices: It’s disheartening to discover that a company engages in sneaky practices to squeeze more money out of its clients. Whether it’s through hidden fees, complex contracts, or overcharging, Transflo seems to prioritize their profits over their clients’ satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience with Transflo was nothing short of a nightmare. From overcharging to unreasonable expectations and poor customer service, this company needs to reevaluate its practices and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its clients. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Transflo, as my experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

    I no longer use their ELD and Ive been trying to get ahold of them for a week now to cancel my payments with them They wont return my calls, emails, or answer their phone that they claim to be available 7 days a week. Needless to say they havent canceled my payments and they have been continuing to charge me. Makes me wonder how many other people they are stealing money from like this.
