I owe Upgrade a debt. This law firm is taking care of my account. It was judge ordered for me to make payments of $75.00 a month. I haven't made a payment since 2020. After ******* was unable to reach out to them or make payments. When things went back to normal I was not able to reach out to the representative I always worked with. I am now trying to pay off all my outstanding debts including going back to this one that was court ordered. I went online but saw no balance. I called to obtain that information and left a message for *******************************. The following day I receive a call back from a gentleman that wasn't so gentle. I am not certain if he was an attorney, paralegal or emplyee but was so rude to me. Made me feel like trash because I owe a debt with them and eventually disconnected the call on me because couldn't take me answering back to him. He was extremely unprofessional, unpolished, rude and intimidating. Not a very good experience speaking to that person. I would like a phone call back, an apology and just move forward with someone that knows how to speak to individuals when we call asking questions.Business response

Garnished on 03-23-2023 after garnishment on 01-31-2023. Continues to garnish my checking account even though the money was taken out 01-31-2023. I am on a payment plan to pay down my debit, but garnishment continues. Was not told that they would continue to my account even though it had already been garnished for the agreed amount. i would like a refund of the second garnishment that happened on 03-02-2023.Business response

My son, who was 17 years old was involved in a car accident in 2017. The car he was driving was my vehicle and my insurance. It was a $1,500 car that I carried only the basic liability that was required in the ****************. 5 years later they are going after my son who is now in college he has never been a criminal he lives on his own he works full time and he goes to school full time at a top university in the country. Now they suspended his license and they want him to make an offer to pay the settlement. They said if he pays the settlement and puts in an offer that they will get his license reinstated. An attorney cannot reinstate a driver's license. After reading a bunch of reviews and doing my research on this company I feel that they are being fraudulent. I am the one that they should be suing not my son. They need to drop the lawsuit against him immediately.Business response

What do you mean? I don't understand what you are asking me for? I told you my complaint in the original report. These people are not even following statue of limitations, they are trying to tell my son that they can reinstate his driver's license when they have no authority to do so. He was a minor how can you *******************? The insurance and the car was in my name I should be the one held responsible so I don't know what they're doing to my son but they are wrong and they are not even an accredited business.Business response

This law firm filed a false lawsuit against me, they are alleging I owe $35,000, I have never been in debt in my life they are making fake allegations and fraudulent statements against me. THE FIRM IS THREATENING ME FOR AN INVOICE FOR A REPAIR ON A VEHICLE THAT WE DO NOT EVEN OWN. WE ARE A TRUCKING COMPANY , AND THE TRUCK IN QUESTION IS A OWNER OPERATOR THAT IS LEASED UNDER OUR AUTHORITY , ACCORDING TO OUR CONTRACT AND THE REGISTRATION OF THE VEHICLE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR TO THAT VEHICLE.
