    I went to the chiropractor for care during 1/4-1/24 for a total of 8 times. My issue was never resolved and I stopped going. **** would not stop calling me for follow *** which I declined because I found another provider and was happier there. THEN they sent me a bill saying i didn't fully pay for my services. I contacted insurance 3 times to ensure they miscalculated. My insurance reached out to discuss it and send them the correct amount. **** owed me money. **** were VERY responsive when asking me for money but as soon as the insurance UHC rep told them they owed me money they have ignored me and the insurance rep. **** owe me a refund are refusing to give me money back. **** still need to refund me $42.74 My last email provided to them was very clear and they never responded.**** from UNHC has spoke with ********* from B3, and was told that you are incorrect as my insurance and I stated. I have overpaid the following:$18.92 for each of the 8 visits for a total of 151. 36. Additionally, the new patient visit was fully covered after my $45 deductible, which results in an additional ***** in overcharges. ID Reference request from insurance is D31211420029398. **** have provided the following breakdown: My payments Corrected paymentsOwed 4-Jan148.5$90 6-Jan38.66$45 9-Jan38.66$45 10-Jan38.66$45 11-Jan38.66$45 17-Jan67.28$45 20-Jan38.66$45 24-Jan38.66$45 447.74$405 $42.74 Please process the refund to the original payment form (my credit card) and confirm it has been processed. If I have not heard from you within 5 business days, Ive been told to submit a claim to my card directly and an appeal to the insurance.
