We Ordered cabinets on 8/05/2023. Paid IN FULL $10,784.40 1 month 1/2 later, (today is September 29, 2023) still no cabinets. We have been given Several false delivery dates over the weeks. We were promised deliver after 4 weeks of purchase. Then about 5 weeks in we called for a follow up and keep getting the run around. All we hear is **** the owner will call you which he hasnt ONCE. Then we were told that our cabinets would be delivered a week later (now we are on the 6th week) and still nothing. Now 8 weeks later we still have the same run around. Cant get a clear answer. We are now going on 9 weeks without cabinets or a functioning kitchen do to the multiple lies about delivery. TODAY my fianc stayed home from work to receive the delivery that Bay City Cabinets said would be delivered today. This morning I called to get a delivery window and was told we were a later deliver between 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. that time has come and gone now as it is 6:01 p.m. this company takes your money and gives you the run around for weeks. NO ONE should use them. They are liars!
