    I am writing about my experience with *** *************** also/formerly known as ******************I initially signed up with BizCreditCentral which promoted the service as a type of business credit building service. I started with one plan ($11.95/mo) for one of my businesses and a few months later added another subscription for another business ($19.95/mo). I initially saw some reporting in the first few months in 2020, but in 2022, when I started receiving some promotional emails and noticed the companys buyout or name changed to *** ***************, I checked for business credit results. And after being subscribed for over two years, there was none. In fact, I could not find any evidence that this helped at all. THIS WAS ONE OF THE ONLY REASONS FOR SUBSCRIBING TO THIS SERVICE. The website was rigged not to let you cancel your subscriptions or, at least, make it extremely difficult. So, I immediately wrote and submitted an email to cancel both subscriptions. This was in 2022. I had to write another letter some months later and requested a refund.I did not hear back, but the promotional emails stopped, so I'm thinking its handled. However, just recently, I discovered that this company (STILL) to this day in 2025 has been debiting an old credit card and an old bank account that has been closed for several months now. Im sure its probably the reason for its closure causing negative balances and several bank charges. This is beyond unacceptable. And skirting the line of outright credit card and bank fraud. Please help resolve this cancellation issue and refunding of our money, to avoid taking this to the next step.

    I am rejecting this response because those messages ("emails") were actually submitted directly on their website message portal.

    After 20 minutes of trying to cancel and access each account's billing section which required several steps and a separate password than the actual account password, I left the first message directly on the site to cancel.  I had communicated and consulted with the main guy who started this company through the message portal several months prior and see no reason why no one could not have received that message. 

    And why would you have to go through so much trouble to access billing or to cancel the subscription?

    I believe if there were a class action and several current and former subscribers were interviewed, we'd find an obvious pattern.

    I have email you guys numerous of times about closing my account never received a email or follow up message back. My payments I've made was suppose to report to my business that never happened. Messaged you guys about that never received a email back but you you guys didn't receive a payment y'all make sure to email me about that I would like a full payment back been dealing with your business for over 2 years.     am writing to follow up on a complaint I filed against BCC $UPPLIES & MORE BCCSUPPLIES.CFL also known as BizCreditCentral LLC regarding my business credit builder account. I enrolled in the service in 2022 and have consistently made monthly payments of $11.95. However, to date, I have not observed any positive reporting to the relevant business credit bureaus.This discrepancy raises serious concerns about the accuracy of your advertised services. Given that the promised credit reporting has not materialized despite timely payments, I request a full refund for the total amount paid since my account inception.     Iv been contacting this business to find out if they have been reporting to my business credit. Ive called their number Ive sent emails NO RESPONSE AT ALL. So Ive gotten to the point that I want to cancel my subscription due to lack of communication and still cannot get intouch with them. I hope you guys can reach out to them and get a response and let them know I want to cancel my subscription Ive been making payments every month to not get the to report late. Thanks

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by BCC Supplies and to address a billing issue that has arisen.I initially signed up for BCC Supplies on June 19, 2023, based on the advertisement that your company assists in building business credit. However, after several months of waiting, I did not see any reports made to my business credit profile.On November 6, 2024, I requested to cancel my service due to the lack of progress, but I did not receive a response. I followed up on November 15, 2024, and still received no reply. Notably, I noticed that the invoices stopped coming, which led me to believe that my billing had been successfully canceled.Upon reviewing my bank statements, I discovered that I continued to be billed monthly since my cancellation request, despite not receiving any invoices for these charges. This situation is both concerning and ************** an effort to prevent any further unauthorized charges, I have canceled my card. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and issue a full refund for the unauthorized charges incurred after my cancellation request.

    I am formally rejecting your recent response. Your company has falsified the email response intended to validate your claim of addressing my cancellation request. Specifically, the email you referenced from November 15, 2023, sent to sm***************@gmail.com, did not exist at that time. This email address was created in 2022 for a separate business, which is entirely unrelated to ne***************@gmail.com, the account in question.

    The document you provided does not pertain to the company I am addressing in my complaint. Given this situation, I request the immediate cancellation of the subscription associated with ne***************@gmail.com and a full refund for all payments made.

    Additionally, I seek a complete refund for all charges on both accounts since their inception, as your company’s actions suggest a serious lack of communication and transparency. If a refund is not issued promptly, I will be compelled to pursue legal action.

    Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and confirm the cancellation and refund at your earliest convenience.

    The evidence you submitted no where states that we falsified any information or there is any misrepresentation or negligence on our part . 

    We have cancelled both of your account and refunded all the amount right from the subscription creation. Please allow 5-7 business days to process it .

    I tried reaching out to BCC on 06/28/24 @ 2:08pm via email about login issues and accessing my account ~> I didn't receive any response and when I tried calling the so-called, toll-free # ************** I received a busy signal each time I tried after 3 attempts. I reached out, via email, again on 06/28/24 @ 2:30pm to cancel & delete my account, and still no response. After 3 months I'm still getting emails about updating my pay method and no one has reached out or responded to me. I reached out, via email, again on 09/03/24 @ 9:55am to try and resolve this ongoing seemingly endless issue, and still no response. I now see a negative hit on my business credit after 5+ years of stellar good credit history. This is very disconcerting and needs to be resolved immediately. I have no idea how long BCC stopped functioning as intended while continuing to illegally charge my account as this was an automated billing that seemed to function as intended the first year I set up my account on 12/2021... The emails, *********************************** don't work because no one responds, The Phone number, (**************), is either busy or you get a recording stating the mailbox is full as though this is someone's personal phone number and the chatbot on their site only refers me back to the email and phone number. I can only imagine how many unwitting customers are unaware this company is charging their accounts illegally and not only are they not providing the service it should but has it set up to avoid any attempts to contact them Or to be held accountable.     I am rejecting this response because: This response is contradictory of the fact that I made my request to cancel/ delete my account via email months ago these emails ~> ******************************** & **********************************, (reflected in the screenshots I included in my initial complaint).I included screen shot attachments within my initial complaint of emails I sent to BCC dated 6/28/24 at 2:30pm very specifically requesting to "cancel & delete my account &discontinue any further charges to my Credit Card effective immediately."(See: the zip file attachments I'm including again in this rejecting response).

    The only response I received from BCC was 9 more attempts to charge my account throughout the following week ~> See: zip file attachments.

    * Additionally, if BCC was corresponding with me as they claim why didn't they cancel my account upon request on 6/28/24 and continue attempting to charge my account 9 more times after that cancelation request date?.. Where is proof from BCC of this so-called response to me? Where is the common sense logic behind denying my request to cancel my account, continue to try and charge me, and then to report my account delinquent negatively impacting my business credit?.. (There is no proof b/c what BCC claims, outside of the 2 - $11.95 refunds, is false in the attempt for BCC to continue avoiding accountability).

    *Further more why wouldn't BCC include electronic proof/ screenshots, as I have, of their so-called good faith correspondence with me? I reviewed the other complaints made about this company as of late and it appears others have had the same issues with this company which is telling to say the least.

    * My biggest concern out of all out of this is BCC not making any acknowledgment or attempt to resolve reversing the negative reporting made by BCC affecting my business credit. Why would BCC refund charges made to my account months prior to my request to cancel? ~> This makes no sense unless BCC was no longer performing the same function as when I initially established my account in 2021... (Please keep in mind that BCC never successfully charged me after I requested to cancel, they only made attempts - therefore the 2 refunds were for the months of April & May of 2024) ~> Why refund me for months of service I didn't dispute?.. ~> (logic doesn't add up)

    * Despite how ***** it is to try and collect a measly fee of $11.95 after I formally requested to cancel my account ~> trying to claim that this was in anyway due to my negligence is an utterly baseless claim and completely false.

    * I need this company to do whatever necessary to reverse the impact made to my business credit. I've been in business for 5+ years and my business credit has ALLWAYS been in "above average" status until these unfortunate dealings with BCC. More specifically my business credit score was "910" within the highest braket considered "Low Risk ~> 900 - 999". Now my business credit score is "877", due to BCC, my score was adjusted to "Moderate Risk ~> 840 - 879". This needs to change immediately.

    It seems as Biz Credit Central either went out of business or was bought out by the company BCC Supplies. Well, whether or not that's the case, Biz Credit Central NEVER informed me of this! BCC Supplies has been fraudulently charging my card since Dec 2023 and I was unaware of this until recently! I was just charged a few days ago which put my bank account in a very compromising state. Which then prompted me to check the history of payments which is when I noticed that they have been charging me for the past 6 months totaling to $71.70! I never signed an agreement or signed up for *** Supplies! I want that entire balance of $71.70 refunded IMMEDIATELY and I want that fraudulent membership canceled. I did NOT sign a contract or have any agreements with BCC Supplies.

    We did send all the active subscribers of BizCreditCentral an email regarding BCC Supplies . Bcc supplies is part of Biz credit central , BCC Supplies is our expansion to provide more opportunities of buying along with credit reporting  to our existing as well as new customers .
    As requested we have cancelled her account and refunded all the amount charged right from the beginning along with subscription creation.

    We received very first message from her  on May 19th, 2024 . After intensive research by our team we found  that we never received any communication from her on ********************************** or  ******************************** . We would have definitely helped her to log in to your account and avail the membership benefits . Her account has been cancelled and  will not be charged in  future.
    As mentioned we have refunded more than what has been asked for . Refunded amount $183.39. Claimed amount $71.70  6 months return.
    We believe and follow business ethics. no fraud has been committed by our company as claimed in the complaint. Please refer to all attachment that provide all the details .

    I've tried to cancel my subscription with this company a couple of months ago. They have switched ownership and isn't returning any of my communications with them. I'm being charged for a service that is no longer needed.
