Took 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Affordable Auto of Tampa. Told that we needed to replace water hose thermostat and they were going to resurface and reseal the head gasket. We paid them $1247 it's also included replacing the back brake pads and rotors which was done. Car overheated with steam out of the engine the next time we took the jeep out took it to another mechanic because we were not able to get a hold of affordable auto of Tampa the other mechanic said head gasket was never removed and had not been touched they did not replace the thermostat they removed the thermostat there was not a thermostat so that the jeep would go longer without overheating the work was not done and yet we were charged an absorbent amount for it I have tried calling the number ************ it said it was a nonworking number then I called a couple days later and it rang went to voicemail and said the voicemail was full I have sent the messages through Facebook messenger and text them on their text line XXX-XXX-XXXX. No return calls or messages back from them. I want a refund.
