    This rental company is completely unethical in its handling of customers. After a long day of travel you are met by an agent who insists you show specific proof of your insurance coverage and that insurance cards from your company with active date ranged is not sufficient. So after a call to prove my coverage he then goes onto some unclear explanation about a $500 hold fee that will be assessed unless you choose to go with his recommendation that will only add .01 cent to the overall cost. He then turns a computer screen and asks that you confirm a number of declines that are sprinkled with verbiage that's unclear translates to fees. He advises that the company will charge you $20 for every toll unless you commit to a $14 per day fee. Not knowing how tolls will work in Florida I did agree but clearly this was another crazy fee given only limited tolls are here to Clearwater. I have rented cars many times in my travels and have never been as taken advantage of as this purchase. My agreed amount on Expedia was $150 the final charge $335. I would like a $100 refund for these excessive fees that NO rental companies apply.

    This company is not trustworthy they are scammers i had a reservation made through Priceline including airport taxes and no insurance because i used my own insurance and they charged me all kinds of fees and charged me for rental again &***** a day when i had already paid ****** to Priceline for 4 days on top of that they charged me another $194.27 so this company is a scammer please help me get my money back do not recommend this company
