    On December 6th I contacted this company to rent a 2023 ******** sprinter van from 24th of December to 30th of December. I made an initial deposite of $1000.00 and on the 19th I paid the balance of $3345.00. This company didn't have the van at the airport in ***** on the morning of 24th as arranged. Upon request why they told me I need to pay another $450 to bring the van from ***** ******* where they claim their office is and I agreed and paid. I was sitting at the airport from 9am of 24th December till 6pm of the 24th till they brought a van but to my surprise it was a **** transit van that they brought and was about to charge me another $500 without telling me and I got to know when the bank contacted me for illegal activity in my account. I called the police and filed a report. This company left with the van and refused to return my $5000 dollars till now. They messed up my trip and vacation.

    El da 12/04/23 les llamo para una cotizacin para la renta de una van de 15 pasajeros, techo alto y le envo una fotografa del vehculo deseado adjuntando *** fechas y horarios de entrega y devolucin quedando en mutuo acuerdo que por el costo de $3,600 incluyendo seguro y todo lo dems ese da hago el pago completo con mi tarjeta, quedando as de acuerdo. Ellos ***** por correo electrnico el contrato incluyendo la informacin detallada del acuerdo e incluyen una fotografa del vehculo pactado en mutuo acuerdo. El da 8 de diciembre lleg desde la 1:30pm, y tomo una fotografa donde estaba el vehculo que deseaba y desde un principio me intentan cobrar un seguro que ya estaba pactado al ver que yo no acced se molestan les ***** en mi telfono el contrato y se dan ****** que era el acuerdo. Molestos ***** a ocultar el van que estaba disponible y al tiempo despus, me dan *** llaves de ****************** al que yo quera y que ******* acordado en dicho contrato CON FOTOGRAFA, al decirles que no estaba de acuerdo con eso, ellos exponen que son $39.99 por da extras si quera la van de la fotografa son ms de 20 das por lo cual me molest y siento que es una estafa, ofrecer por fotografia en un contrato lo que habamos acordado y al llegar me dicen que si quiero ese vehculo son $39.99 ms ******** no es correcto me tienen hasta *** 5:35pm y me llevo ************** que no era la ofrecida en el contrato con 228,*** mil*** con mal olor y complementa desagradable. Les envo fotografas del contrato donde estn todos los detalles y la fotografa del vehculo pactado y les envo fotografas del vehculo que me lleve. Solo quisiera que me llamaran y me cambiaran el vehculo que realmente ofrecieron. No me interesa una devolucin de dinero, solo que cumplan con lo pactado.
