    Contacted rimlox for new set on August ******. They sent me an email and the invoice was paid $350.00. August 2****** received an email saying locks were complete and in coating process they said maybe 1-2 weeks. I followed up September 2****** and again October 2****** with no response. Oft ******* they replied thanks for your patience. Emailed December ******* asking for update they responded on December ******* saying they are almost ready for production although in August they said they were done and getting coated. Feb ******* I emailed asking for tracking update. They responds Feb ******* they are getting parts flowing. April ******* they emailed and told me they shipped my parts weeks ago and will get shipping info to me immediately. April ******* I emailed asking for update on tracking. They responded with we are almost ready for production no shipping info was provided. I emailed May 7, 2025 asking about update on order and shipping. They responded with they are still in holding due to tariffs and it should be 2 weeks. They are lying and not being honest with their business

    Customer was notified numerous times regarding delays. Customer is correct as stated. ********************** finally completed product due to delays from coating. Customer was contacted weeks ago to confirm order completion and shipping. Customer hung up on ********************** and blocked number. Customer order is currently available until resold. Customer may contact ********************** to discuss receiving order.

    Rimlox did not ship my order per my last email correspondence. I have not heard anything back from Rimlox or the owner since I filed my complaint with BBB.

    On August 30, 2024, I placed an order with Rimlox for a set of wheel locks. Despite waiting for months and following up multiple times, I have yet to receive my order. Each time I have contacted Rimlox, I have been given various excuses, but no clear resolution or tracking information has been *********** of today, February 11, 2025, I still have not received my order, and the company has not taken any meaningful steps to resolve the issue.     Hello,To say Im frustrated is an understatement. I purchased two sets back in July of 2023 and still Have not received them.While they are located in *****, ** and have experienced two hurricanes since I ordered their product.Theyre own website says theyve been in business since 2000 or since 2000 cars with their locks on the wheels havent been stolen.Throughout the process they have been friendly, however, they have been unable to give a timeframe on completion and when I do call or email its simply to get a status.While i understand that it varies from car to car, the thought is that someone in business for this long would have a round a bout, not exact, timeframe on what could be done.Add to this that there was a thought that my locks were shipped but no tracking number was provided which was odd because unless its a letter, most things tend to have a tracking number when ordered.Finally, once you ordered I believe you have a small window to ask for a refund. So I would ask as many questions as possible to include refund policy, time on completion of product, and time on *********** this point, it is simply unacceptable and nothing short of a refund will work

    Placed an order with *********** ******** on October 31st. My order was never shipped. This morning I called and the number has been disconnected, and the website has been completely taken down! To take advantage of someone who is already in a terrible situation, having my tires stolen the first night I moved into my apartment, is a shameless thing to do.

    August 9, 2022 I transferred 480.00 USD to Chris M******* through WesternUnion as requested from him, because he said their website was updating so they can only accept payment through WesternUnion. The payment is for the lug nut lock and also with the dummy caps total is $480. After Chris M******* received the payment, Rimlox incoporated said it will take 1-3 weeks to get it to me, and saying feel free to check in on about a week. After that, I tried to contact them through 3 email inquires, but they never reply back. And now is already May 8th 2023. I can provide the transaction and email conversations to prove my claim. Since the business is not responsive at all, I would like to get a full refund

    In response to the customer, Rimlox has completed the customers order however simply let it slip through the cracks and failed to ship due to focusing on the new and improved company process of our manufacturing and non working website, hence the western union payment. We were focusing on a rebuild of the entire process to better serve our customers. The new site is up after months of design work as well as new banking accounts due to the original site being hacked. We take full responsibility and can ship the product to the customer. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds per out policy but obviously will make it right with the customer. We did NOT receive any emails or communications from the customer regarding their order, not saying they did not attempt to communicate. The customer can provide an updated/current address and we will ship out their locks within days of receiving their address.
