Refund and Exchange Policy
Orders can be returned within thirty (30) days for a refund; all returns must be received in brand new, unused, resalable condition, with all accessories, hardware, and instructions, in the original manufacturer's packaging. Wheels which have had a tire mounted, or tires that have been mounted onto a wheel, are ineligible for return. Therefore, we strongly recommend customers test fit each individual item prior to beginning installation. To control costs, and offer products at a lower price than we would otherwise, we do not offer free return shipping. To assist customers with these costs, we can often provide a prepaid return label at our discounted rate, then deduct the cost from the refund.
