    Our ceiling collapsed in our bathroom at 4 am in the morning. We had emergency maintenance come after calling them multiple times. They came to tell us a raccoon has chewed the pipe and it busted , that they knew about a raccoon being above us for a while now hence that our neighbors have complained about it multiple times. Morning comes and they fix the pipe and clean up but we have no ceiling in our bathroom. Mind you its 50 degrees outside , our apartment is freezing , the smell is horrendous and we have to keep the window open because of it. After maintenance leaves we go to the leasing office and they are giving us a whole different story saying it must of been leaking for a while now and that its gonna take 2 weeks to fix and flipped the whole narrative. The lady was super rude and snippy and wouldnt give us her supervisors contact information. She claimed theres nothing she can do which from her perspective I understand but our apartment is inhabitable now we cant use our bathroom what so ever were breathing in mildew and possibly mold we have to keep the windows open at all times so it can dry while they said they have to bring in a humidifier and fan and we cant turn it off at all. So now we have to pay rent for somewhere we cant even live we have to pay for a super expensive light bill that we arent even using and the lady in the office is trying to flip the whole narrative about what happend. Refused to let us talk to anybody else and was super unprofessional and rude. I would just like to speak to somebody higher up to see if we can get any help in this situation because its not fair to us we cannot even stay here now. I am super understanding and have been nothing but nice so I would like to get that in return.
