      I completed all of the the requirements to get the *** removed from my car. The proof of completion of treatment has been sent to DUI Counter Attack. However they have not sent the information to ***. It's been over 2 weeks. I can't get my *** removal date until DMV has proof of completion from DUI Counter Attack. Every time I try to call them to find out why they haven't sent the information I only get a voicemail. I have left messages and explained this situation to them. But no one ever calls me back to help me resolve this. If I don't get it resolved I will have to extend my lease for the *** and pay for it . Plus pay for calibration of the device and an another appointment with DUI Counter Attack.

      I have been dealing with dui counter attack since 2022 I completed the class and gave them suffice documents now when I am going to get my license reinstated they are saying dui counter attack never provided the documentation of completion when I call the last said she would re open for 35$ after I already paid more than 400$ for the class completed it mind you and its been years. Now when I try to contact them no one wants to get back to me. After spending all this money and actually completing everything I feel like a victim of fraud. I would like some help on this matter everyone makes mistakes but its how you handle it moving forward.

      This company is fraudulent in their claims and actively work to extort money from you. They are literally impossible to reach as their phone's IVR system does not ever route to someone you can speak to. It just loops around forever. Once you are in their system, you are the hostage and they will not let your license be released until you bow to their every whim. I was convicted of a misdemeanor crime 23 YEARS ago and they will not release my license unless I jump thru a myriad of hoops that they have set up. There is no oversight on this company, they are free to act however they want, and they can do whatever they want to anyone who is foolish enough to sign up for their services.

      We are more than willing to assist you with your DUI School and related requirements.  You may come into our office any time Monday-Friday 9-3 and we will attempt to assist you in meeting those requirements.  We conduct business based on ******* Statute 322 and 316.  The manner in which we deal with each person is prescribed by law.  We cannot make exceptions to the laws.  Further we have no control over the length of time between offenses and when you seek to satisfy the states requirements as it relates to them.  Consequently, it is unlikely that we can alter the requirements themselves.  What we can do is assist you in satisfying them.

      This business is court mandated for some of Hillsboro county residents who have a DUI. The course is supposed to respond with in five business days to give a date when the course can be completed. That way we may maintain our drivers licenses and stay out of jail. I cannot get in contact with this business whatsoever. I have already paid them. I have not received an email with my course date and no one has answered the phone. I have called multiple times throughout the week and been on hold for an hour or more just for the line to disconnect.

      In 2017 I was pulled over and had open container in my car and was charged with reckless driving and had to attend dui counterattack to get my license back I completed the course and was forced to go to another provider for more counseling sessions I could not afford it and the counselor seemed like she just wanted money along with dui counterattack she gave me the max ****** of sessions you can get and o just could not afford it nearly a yr later my license was suspended again and Ive called dui counterattack to set up another counseling session and they dont answer the phone Ive drove there during there work hours and its always closed my license has been suspended for almost two yr and the dmv cannot help they send me right back to dui counterattack, I dont want to make excuses but I dont even drink anymore and when I did I was not an alcoholic this is still ruining my life Ive went online and read multiple reviews from multiple people who are experiencing the same thing trying to get In contact with them I need help and I dont know what else to do

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I called and was placed on hold immediately for over 15 minutes. I called right back after I hung up and someone answered, I explained who I was and that I was dealing with this case since 2018 and just wanted my completion papers, the lady then explained that I would have to pay $35 to set up my counseling sessions again and then I will be able to get my license and I can make the payment now or go into the office, I informed her that Ive been to the office multiple times and no one never was there and that there was a lock on the gate, I said I was not going there and I asked for the fee to be waived at the least she said the fee can not be waived or that she was not doing that I told her Ive been trying to take care of this for over a yr now and its their fault because no one answers the phone or is at the office she never apologized about the inconvenience this company has caused or anything to the sort the only option I was given after paying over $400 already was to pay more money Im am in complete disgust with this company.

      I want to make sure that you are coming to our office during our business hours.   Our  ****** office is open 9-3 to assist clients via customer services.  I ensure myself that the gates are opened prior to 8 a.m. and are not closed before 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Consequently, I'm concerned that you may be arriving outside of our business hours.  We are not open holidays and customer service is not available on weekends when we are conducting classes.

      Our customer services windows are open 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  According to our phone provider, our average wait time for phones is 15 minutes.  While I understand in relative terms this is a long time, it is somewhat common a period of time to wait for most companies to provide live support.  Our ***** office is at ******************************************************************  Please enter through the front gate.  The ******* address is ************************************************************************  ********** hours are the same in both offices.  There is no fence around the *********************.  I and or my Program Director personally unlock the front gate and ensure it stays open during business hours.

      I will authorize the $35 dollar fee to re-open your case to be waived. 

      We do not have the authority to change the requirements to re-instate your license.  We can assist you in accomplishing those requirements.

      On December 6 2023 we paid the registration fee. Please contact me for the Registration Payment Number. Appointments were supposed to be scheduled within 5 business days via email. ****** has not heard from you at all. My wife has reached out to you by email several times, without any reply. ****** and I have spent hours on the phone (not exaggerating, we have the phone records to prove it), but no one picks up.****** is moving to ************* on Christmas Day. We, her parents in **, were hoping she could fulfil her DUI requirements in ******* before then, but I will pay for her to fly back if that is what is needed (because money just grows on my back). However, I am now worried that you will let her 90 day period just expire without any attempt to contact her.This is ridiculous, and it is theft. The fact that we don't have any way to contact the business is unacceptable.

      I went in the ***** office cause I have to go to court Tuesday and when you call you could never reach no one on the telephone I completed the class room course I thought thats all I have to do today and today only I found out I have to be evaluated no one ever told me this until today so instead of them evaluated me she told me I have to pay another ************************************************************************************************************* my complaints is this places is a rip off taking people money phone system ***** could never talk to a supervisor to get this resolved

      I set up my account to receive seevices. I had my assessment appt set up. I missed the appointment because I wasnt able to take off work. I have since been trying to reach someone to reschedule my appointment. No answer I have waited on the line for hours till the phone call is disconnected due to no answer. I received a letter I. The mail saying I need to to call to reopen my case but I havent been able to reach anyone at all. I finally sent and email on Tuesday but I havent heard anything.

      We researched the case and found that the client case was cased due to a person typing in the wrong account number.  We spoke with the client and rectified the issue.  We also extended an additional 90-days to complete.  The 90 days to complete is a legal requirement, but under the circumstances I am making an exception.  She seemed satisfied with the resolution.

      I have been trying to reschedule an appointment with this company. I've paid and attended the classes and just need an evaluation appointment, but there are absolutely no options online for anything and they will not answer the phone. I have screenshots on my phone with times of over an hour. One call even hung up on me! There is no voicemail, messaging system etc. They state that there are staff shortages, but I saw employees in the offices and staff walking around. No other contact info or locations are available either and I do not want to pay for this whole process again due to their negligent customer service.
