      I bought a remanufactored *** motor from United HVAC motors that had a 1 year warranty with it on 1/6 /23. I recieved the motor on 1/10/23. The price was $299.99 which came to a total of $307.95 all together. It was for a 2 stage **** furnace and was suppose to be an exact replacement motor. Before installing the motor, I replaced the control board, the memory chip and the 4 pin wire harness to rule out other issues in my trouble shooting. After installing the motor I still got a code #** on my control board telling me the *** on the motor was not communicating with the control board. I contacted the furnace company and they gave me a number to talk with their Tech support. I spoke to the the Tech support team and they sent one of the service Tech's to the job sight. He brought a new motor with him and we installed the new motor and everything worked fine. I tried to contact the United HVAC Motors to get a refund on the faulty motor they sent me and was told it was out of warranty and they wanted me to send an additional $200. For another motor that I no longer needed because I had purchased a new motor. They also wanted to charge an additional 25% restocking fee for a motor that never worked straight out of the box along with the $200. for a replacement motor. I tried calling numerous times to talk with someone in person and could never contact a live person on the phone. They want everything done online and the warranty request is a joke , they have a multiple choice questioner that did not pertain to the problems I was having with the motor, which was a communication error between the motor *** and the control board . There is nowhere to input this information. I even went so far as buying a tester for that motor, it made the motor run but it did not communicate with the control board which told me it had a bad *** on the motor. This company is scamming lots of people on their false advertising of their warranty. All I want is my money refunded.

      I am writing to your office because Ive had serious issues with an online seller.I bought an A/C motor from unitedhvacmotors.com for $481.49 back on July 22, 2022 with the intention of replacing an identical A/C motor that worked in my home for 15 years before it broke down. But this new motor only lasted for 3 months before it stopped working all of a sudden. Afterwards, I decided to submit a warranty claim on December 19, 2022 to the seller in order to receive an identical replacement unit, and I even had to pay an additional $200 for this unit. However, to make matters even worse, this replacement unit came with a defect that did not allow me to connect it to the main power cord. As a result, I still do not have a functioning A/C motor in my home, and it has been difficult to contact the seller. On multiple occasions, I have sent emails and left voicemails, and in return, no one from the website replied to my messages. Only after many failed attempts did someone call me back after I left yet another voicemail, and on this occasion, an employee named ***** told me that he would report the issue to his manager and that I would receive a response from the manager within 24 hours. He also told me to send a message to **************** at ****************************************** and that someone would reply to my message within 24 hours. But no one, not even the manager, sent me any replies. In addition, I submitted a form that is known on the website as a ticket, and on this form, you describe the problem that you are having with your purchase with the expectation that a technical support specialist will respond to you within 24 hours. I submitted the form back on December 26, 2022, and I still have not received any response from a technical support specialist.       I received a defective motor ordered 08/23/2022 on order number *****. The motor was professionally installed and failed to start. I was issued RMA # *** on 07/29/2022. Return was delivered on 08/08/2022 per *** tracking. ******** failed to respond to emails and return phone calls until 08/25/2022 and then claimed that the motor had been tampered with.
