              I built my house in 2015 and "one stop AC" was subcontracted to place my AC. I was told by the builder Mobley that one stop registered every unit in the homeowners name..fast forward 7 yeas and I find out that One Stop cut Cpr ears and registered it as 0.0 instead of my name; which is in their system. They refused to deregulated and refused to give me their name and title.

              Back in July 2022 started contract for service. On Sept 15th AC evaporator coil froze up. They said they would honor the contract, but, they are evading my calls, and said they are waiting for ****** to get back with them. It is now 10-25-22 and will not call me back.Live in ******* with no AC, because they refuse to expedite the situation.Next step is the local news station!I would not recommend STRADA, which bought out One Stop! If any thing changes I will let you know.
