    Our house got flooded by hurricane Helena, and our next-door neighbors had The Rapid Response team do their flood remediation and I saw firsthand what a great job they did on their house and I immediately signed them up to do our house. They were extremely professional, quick, courteous, communicated well, and did an overall fantastic job just like I saw at my neighbors. They had large and powerful dehumidification and drying equipment, light years above what I saw vs. what some neighbors had from other companies. I would highly recommend The Rapid Response Team to anyone needing any type of disaster recovery assistance!

    I definitely recommend this company! I called them because I had a water spot on the ceiling of my bedroom. Erik , the General Manager came out, checked the roof and attic. He find a leak in the pipe connecting my tankless gas heater and the vent on the roof. All of this did not cost me anything, the inspection was free. There aren't too many company out there anymore with the service and professionalism of Rapid Recovery Team.

    Rapid Recovery is highly recommended by us. We have used them on two different occasions for two different houses. When we realized we needed the work done in the second house, we knew the only company / person we could call was *****. He met us on his day off. We explained our situation, he inspected the second house and rearranged his schedule to meet our very tight timeframe. ***** always makes sure the job is done to perfection. If you have a crisis situation at your house, you want to call Rapid Recovery.
