Tuesday, February 27th.Smart health dental charged me the 187 and I was told that I would have full coverage at any dental office as a PPO patient I'll have coverage. I even explained that I currently have a dentist and that I would like to continue to go there and *** insured me that I would have coverage and that there would be no waiting period for the additional treatments. After purchasing the coverage I contacted my dental office and they told me that they are out of their network. So I continued to call other dentists in my area and none of them have even heard of smart health dental, ************** coverage is literally useless where I live and I was promised that I would have coverage in my area starting March 15th. This is literally a useless policy and I was told that it would do everything I needed it to do. I emailed smart health dental insurance today requesting an immediate refund and explaining why I was requesting the refund as I am here. After looking at Smart health dental on the better Business bureau's website, I noticed that many, many other people have the exact same complaint and issue that I'm having. Originally I was looking for Delta Dental and when it populated through the ****** search Smart health Dental was the business that came up. The way that this business is presenting itself and communicates its policies and coverage is misleading and dishonest. There should be accountability in regards to the way that they've presented their information and there should be a full refund due to the fact that the product that was sold is not the product that I received. I do not have coverage in my area. There is no in-network providers in my area.
