    On January 22, 2024 I went to fair trade auto dealership to check out a 2016 Nissan Sentra so I asked the sales man name ****** what was going on with the car. He replied the Nissan Sentra is good only thing wrong with it is the driver side axle so the total cost out the door with text tag and title was $5000 the next day I put the vehicle in the shop on 2-23-24 to fix the driver side axle because it was not in a condition to drive and paid $428 when I picked up the vehicle on March 1, I started driving the vehicle and noticed jerking and skipping. I contacted ****** at the dealership calling to mechanics and they informed me that it was a transmission ****** replied. That they have confirm is the transmission but also he told me that we had to do the paperwork over because my license was registered in Georgia and he owed me money back to register the car and charge it that we had to do the paperwork over. He also stated he will help me figure out what wrong with the car and take care of it once the paperwork was signed over again, so visited the dealership on March 7 to sign the paperwork over again. I also asked him about the issues that was going on with the car. He said we have to take care of signing the paperwork first so did that he also said that they have to confirm that is the transmission so I said if it’s a transmission, I don’t want the car he said, if it is he’ll take care of it he’ll call Nissan get a transmission and have it put in at no cost to me so I took it to the mechanic he referred that he used for the dealership. The guy shop drove the car also put it on the scanner and the transmission had an issue and other issues came up on the scanner. He replied you need to go back and get your money back or have him switch into another vehicle because this car is no good. He don’t know why ****** sells people junk cars there’s not the first time he did that , so I’ll call ****** immediately to inform him what his Mechanic ??????? said he replied he had to talk to the boss and he will give the boss my number so he can call to resolve the issue. I haven’t heard from the boss or her so I had to call them so I told him I was bringing the car back to the dealership. He said his boss would be there around the time I come which was 330 4:00 PM, so me and Friend head to the dealership just for ****** or the boss not to be there we waited in the rain then arrive 45 minutes with no Boss present. He was very speechless and had nothing to say about the issue so my friend ask him about the issue. He gave so many excuses and avoided taking care of the problem so they got an argument. The police was called they informed me to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and a civil suit against him still days after I contacted ****** he still avoids the issue still haven’t spoken to the boss about taking care of the issue so now I’m here making a complaint

    We bought a ****** from "Fairtrade" Auto Sales. It ran ok for a few hundred miles, then I left it at ****** for a high-mileage check up. Turns out that "Fairtrade" sold me a piece of junk that is missing rear CV Axles! I'm not sure how it worked as long as it did, but I think I had every right to expect that a major piece of safety and mechanical equipment was part of the deal. They didn't disclose that this particular ****** was not All-wheel drive, or that the differential wouldn't hold lubricant because of this reckless lapse of judgement. It's called "Fairtrade"! Don't waste your money!
