    When I bought my vehicle and they had me signing paperwork they rushed me first of all did not go over any paperwork I was signing when I got my car they told me that vehicle came with the warranty not that it was sold as is the very end I thought there was a $60 fee from me using my credit card nothing was ever mentioned up until that point when I was walking out the door about 60 dollar fee when I pulled off the lot I started having issues with the vehicle and I text my salesman as soon as the issue started I was told that they would fix whatever problems that I had I to go take the vehicle back up there I was told to call before I came to make sure that the mechanic could fix the car and the manager could not come to the phone or call me back took several days to get him on the phone but then I was told that there was nothing that they could do that I had to call the warranty company why aren't you company says 30 day Tire frame that Auto Land was reliable for it and from there I've just been getting a run around nothing has been fixed on the vehicle there's numerous things wrong with it over $4,000 in repairs I get hung up on when I call them they've even taken $60 out of my account without me telling them to do so I've asked for a refund and my vehicle back they tell me no or even a partial refund in my vehicle back to tell me no now they're saying they will replace one tire and my oil change which is 9,000 miles overdue but they got to order my tire it's not been over a week tires not ordered oil change is not done and now I've been told they need a picture of the tire I left numerous messages for the manager and he is not call back or return emails

    I do not agree with this because I need all four new tires and every time I call I get hung up on or the manager does not call back or he is busy and I don't get a call back or they just refuse to transfer me to him already went up there once for my oil change it was told I had to come back the next day at the start I was told I would get all four new tires as well as they told the officer that I had to call the day that I did go up there the whole front end in the truck is shocked the air conditioner is losing its cool the fan Cooling blade that's next to the radiator for the engine very about completely gone in it what it does go out is going to bust the radiator which is going to leave me ultimately on the side of the road not to count on the entire front end wheel bearings rotors the actuator and alignment so therefore I think that it should fall under a negligence of the company and I should qualify for my refund cuz it finally States in their paperwork that if it is negligence on their part then a refund can be given and I feel it is a negligence in their part for selling a vehicle the way that it was sold not to mention the battery terminal is broken in half and they have been told about all this from the day that I left when I do take it up there and told I will bring it back tomorrow bring it back tomorrow bring it back tomorrow I have two kids two kids at that car can ultimately hurt very bad if I was correct because of the condition of this vehicle is in I've already put brakes on this truck and replace the battery terminal

    Sorry you have ran into all of these issues, the vehicle was sold AS-IS per the buyer's guide signed. The vehicle did not appear to have all of these issues during the test drive and when you drove off the lot. Again, we are willing to do an oil change and replace 2 tires for the inconvenience this may have caused.     I have done called at the beginning of the week and gave y'all the tire size I gave it to the gentleman on the phone when he sent me to you and you did not answer the phone so I called back told him you didn't answer he said you were then busy with a customer I told him why I needed to speak to you and he asked me for the tire size and I gave it to him so y'all have had the tire size for almost a week I should keep getting this run around it's sold as his but yet there's a warranty with it and I've told you about the issue since I've left the lot I told the salesman about the issue in the front end when I was driving the car and about the battery terminal because I had to use my own jump box to be able to get the car to start and so which one is it you replacing one tire or replacing two tires are you doing the maintenance or you not because your story is not adding up here and when I do call you don't answer the phone nor do you call back cuz I've called numerous times and you do not return phone call I'll call numerous times throughout the day and you're always busy or you're not in or you're in a meeting I'm over I'm sick and tired of it at this point I want my refund or part of it and my car back or no car entire refund it could be done because your paper stays that it can be done under y'all's negligence and this is y'all's negligence because you have not answer the phone or done what you said you're supposed to and I keep getting a runaround and y'all soda vehicle that's the way it is and let's not mention that I've got a ticket for the windshield thing that I now have to pay $150 so why don't you give me a call now we can discuss this because furthermore really I just want my old vehicle back because y'all do have it and a partial refund or the entire refund in no vehicle back something some kind of refund because I'm about sick of it your automatically put Gap coverage on my insurance automatically gave me the extra warranty when you didn't ask me if I wanted it or not you just automatically put it on there and I'm being told that it's optional but now I can't drop it because it's on there so I'll just be losing my money anyways I will be making sure that no one else in my family or friends get a vehicle from you I'm a single mother with two kids and the truck is about undrivable unsafe for kids I scared every time I put my kids in that truck but yet I've already drove up to your office like I was told to to have the stuff fixed and I was told to come back the next day y'all are over an hour from me y'all took $60 out of my account without me telling you okay go ahead and do so which ultimate overdraft my account so something needs to be done completely I'm already in contact with an attorney anywayssee

    I purchased a vehicle from Autoland LLC on March 13, 2025. The contract I signed was for $11,804.43. I put down a down payment $2500 a few weeks later the company called me and said that ******** ********* Voided the contract so they sent me a new contract with another lender, but the prices are totally different from the first contract. They’re asking for 22,000 something dollars for the vehicle and I don’t want to sign the contract because I don’t have that much to pay for this new contract. I asked them can I return the vehicle and get my deposit back the guy ****** told me no he doesn’t return vehicles and he can’tgive me my money back. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he told me that wasn’t possible so now I have this vehicle here the expired tag and registration because they give you the temporary tag and it expired April 11, 2025 not only can I not drive the vehicle but missing work because the vehicle isn’t registered but the tag is expired. I’ve been calling the company for weeks to try snd resolve this issue they keep giving me the run around they can’t get the vehicle financed and they refuse to give me any of my money back.

    I spoke to Autoland . They said that I should still make my payment and don’t be late making the payment. Also, he said that he was gonna mail out another contract to match the previous contract from the beginning. But yet I have not received that contract and he advised me that the gap coverage was still gonna be different that it wouldn’t match the original contract. I don’t feel comfortable with what’s going on at this point I just don’t wanna deal with that company anymore days are going past the car is just sitting in my driveway with an expired tag and expired registration. I would like for them to get their vehicle back. The original deal was voided by ******** ********* so right now there is no contract on the car. I’m not signing the contract that they sent me. They suppose to send out a new contract and I haven’t received that one yet. I’d rather them just get their vehicle back.

    The paperwork in question was delivered on 4/21 at 5:00 PM. There may have been a slight delay due to the Easter holiday. The only differences between the paperwork originally signed by *** ******* and the updated documents, delivered shortly after his second response to this complaint, are the lienholder information and the GAP coverage. The GAP contract amount increased from $395 to $695 due to a change in provider, which was necessary because the vehicle had to be financed through a different lender.
    A new contract was required solely because of the change in financing company. However, the overall structure of the deal remains the same as originally agreed. If *** ******* has any questions regarding this paperwork he can contact us at ************.

    Hey there, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your purchase. However, we got a letter from the financing company stating that the owner of the vehicle has not made any payments on the vehicle and that the account has to be purchased back by the dealership. therefore, we got in touch with the owner of the vehicle and asked him to send us proof of the monthly payments that he claimed that he paid! The customer was unable to proof that he made monthly payments and was only able to send a loan draft from **** ******* credit union with an amount to pay off the vehicle to ******** Financial. However, the payoff did not go through and was not cleared to ******** after verifying that with the credit union while we were three people on the phone (a representative from the dealership and the owner of the vehicle and the credit union representative). by the time the credit union representative figured out what the issue was since she was putting us on hold for minutes a couple of times, she finally came back with answers on what happened with the payoff, the customer has dropped off the phone call and texted me saying that he had bad service and she and our sales rep tried to call him back so that she can tell us why the check did not go through to ******** Financial because she was saying that she would not be able to tell me all the information unless he was on the phone with us, but she was able to only say that ******** was not paid and they still need to get paid. After I spoke with ******** this afternoon, they said that they cannot proceed with the contract even if the customer is wanting to make payments or payoff the vehicle. therefore, I gave the customer the opportunity to pay off the vehicle to us and we will give him the vehicle back and title the vehicle under his name without any lien holders since he failed to meet the contact requirements and make the payments since he purchased the vehicle back in 11/09/2024 and has not made a payment on the contract since.

    What the Business Committed to Provide:

    Auto Land LLC agreed to sell me a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LD under the terms outlined in the purchase agreement. The agreement stipulated a $4,200 down payment, of which I paid $3,700. The dealership was to provide a functioning vehicle under the agreed-upon financing terms.



    Nature of the Dispute:

    1. Breach of Contract:

    • Auto Land LLC attempted to assign the financing agreement to another financial institution without my consent.

    • The signed contract contains no provision authorizing such unilateral action by the dealership.

    2. Deceitful Practices:

    • The dealership acted in bad faith by making unauthorized changes to the financing terms without notifying me or obtaining my approval.

    • Additionally, the vehicle sold to me developed significant mechanical issues almost immediately. The transmission failed on 12/30/2024, just four days after I picked up the truck, rendering it unusable.

    I bought a truck from this dealership and was completely lied to about the issues this truck had. “Every mechanic has looked at this truck”. The A/C was out, the speakers did not work, there was zero oil life, the brake lights didn’t work. That was not an issue during the sale. The sales rep said “we will get this fixed for you” “you are top priority”. I paid 22k cash for this vehicle. I was told to drop off the vehicle Tuesday morning at 9 am 7/23/24. The truck was not touched all day. They left me keys in the truck unlocked after hours. If I hadn’t have stopped by to check on my vehicle it would’ve been stolen. It sat at the very front exit of the lot. The sales rep stopped replying. He provided “dirty” salesmanship and lied to me about being priority. Wednesday 7/24/24 the truck was not touched. It sat in the same location. The owner of the business lied to me and said the truck would be ready to be picked up by 6:00. The truck hadn’t been touched. They suckered me out of $22,000.00. And still are blowing me off and my truck is still sitting in their lot. By far the most frustrating experience I have ever had and I am a veteran. I was lied to, and manipulated for the sake of this sale. Now, no one will reach back out to me. This morning 7/25/24 I went back to the dealership to find my vehicle untouched. I am moving to Orlando in the morning of 7/26/24. This dealership has destroyed my schedule with not having a vehicle for 3 days. This business is nothing but snakes, and poor customer service/support, liars and from my perspective, this should be addressed immediately for the sake of anyone else who decides to spend a large sum of money on a vehicle at this lot.

    On August 2, 2023, I purchased a 2010 ****** Prius from Auto Land LLC with a Powertrain Warranty, 2400 miles or 12 months. It was financed by ****** **** ****** for 42 months of which this vehicle was short lived (Operational). As of March 2024, the main battery went down, and I can't drive it. An estimate from the local ****** dealership was $3200, plus $1,000.00 labor for a new brain battery to run it again. I can't afford this and continue to make payments. I need transportation to work. The powertrain warranty does not cover the battery. On my contract a dealer fee of $500 was charged to me. What did they do? The ****** dealership indicated the battery expectancy for a 2010 Hybrid is 10 years. I feel this should have been checked out by the dealership. Who looks out for the consumer in this case.

    The vehicle 2016 Dodge Charger was purchased January 2024. Couldn’t take possession then because different problems needed to be resolved. It needed painting the front headlights had to be replaced along with the grill and bumper. They had taken my 2011 Dodge Challenger in trade. They did allow to keep the challenger while the repairs were made. Kept checking, wasn’t ready. February 7&8 got a text where they had ordered grill bumper & headlights. On February 14 was able to take possession of 2016 Charger. Approximately 1 hour later, after dark using left signal all headlights went out couldn’t see and hit an object. After all is said and done. The insurance company has deemed the vehicle a total loss. So at this point, I don’t have a vehicle. I believe this vehicle was not roadworthy, and should not have been for sale. I spoke with ****** and told him all I wanted from him was my trade in and title. At this point I don’t have a trade in or funds to purchase another vehicle. When and if I do you can be assured it won’t be from Autoland

    The 2016 Dodge Charger was purchased on January 27th, 2024. The 2011 Dodge Challenger was sold to Autoland LLC. as a private sale, not a trade in, on January 27th, 2024. This was discussed with the customer and agreed upon at the time of the deal. There is a notice of sale for the 2011 Dodge Challenger. The bill of sale for the 2016 Dodge Charger shows the terms of the deal.
    The 2016 Dodge Charger was also purchased As-Is. However, we agreed to work on the vehicle and take care of the problems *** ***** wanted resolved. It did take a little bit longer than expected, however as mentioned *** ***** had the 2011 Dodge Challenger while we were working on the Charger. In the video attached it can be seen that the headlights were working on the Charger, including after the turning signal was on. The vehicle was test driven, prior to the customer picking it up on February 14th, to make sure everything that was worked on was working well.

    To start I was not there at the time of purchase. They had me on the phone, thinking we were dealing with another dealer.   The purchase of the 2011 challenger wasn’t to my liking. A month or so had to replace the water pump at a cost of over 600:00$.   So I was please at that point. On the other hand after waiting a month for this charger I don’t think he would just take it an hour later a run into something.  On top of that had to have it towed to bodyshop. The manger there said the lights were attached with zipties.    So no I’m not satisfied with their statement!

As far as the 2011 Dodge Charger, *** ***** bought this vehicle cash and AS-IS. Although, a month later, *** ***** had a few concerns regarding her vehicle, she brought it in to us, and we took care of all of her concerns and repaired the vehicle free of charge. When the customer purchased the vehicle, it did not need a water pump whatsoever as it was already pre-inspected by our mechanics and licensed repair shop.

    they sold my car on November 10, 2023 and did not pay me. no contract was concluded, everything was discussed by correspondence, I kept all the notes! I tried to resolve the issue with them kindly, but they did not answer my calls and messages, and then they simply blocked me.

    i purchased a car from them approximately 3 months ago! I didn’t receive the car until 4 days AFTER she had put money down! It took law enforcement for them to hand her the keys! When told we could pick up the car, they tried to use **** to distract us until I went outside to see the OWNER jumping an ELECTRIC car with jumping cables! We came back the next day after demanding either a car or a refund and was refused the refund. We were forced to drive off with a terrible car! Not even 10 minutes into driving it we noticed it could not go over 55 mph and started to skip, we brought it back to the owner and he test drove it and told us to bring it back the following Monday since it was after 5:30 on a Saturday . We made it to ********** and grabbed some items before heading back to ***********, while heading to *********** there was a warning sign on the dashboard telling us to pull over immediately and turn off the car. We was unable to drive the car from that point and was forced to leave it on the side of the road for two days. When we went back to the shop we were told OUR insurance company would have to pay for it to be towed back to the dealership and we would not be reimbursed. We soon had the car towed back and not even 48 hours later the car caught fire in their care. They’re still trying to make our insurance company pay for damages! NEVER GO HERE! THEY'RE CROOKS!

    Customer drove off the lot with the vehicle AS-IS after she test drove the vehicle and nothing from what she is mentioning as far as distracting her and whatsoever is true. We always are clear with our customers and always doing our best to keep them satisfied with the purchases. However, she got the vehicle towed back to my shop and the vehicle was parked in our dealership and it caught on fire and fired 4 vehicles with it.
