This company and its owners are beyond unprofessionally stupid.. How in the h*** you mess up our driveway and walkway and only wanna give us $500 and to basically say to take the money but you'll have to look at these ugly spots forever, or for them to coat only the spots on walkway and driveway but leave the rest of the concrete as is which is even uglier than the spots...We paid over $3700.00 for our garage and porch to be done. When they completed the job they left SEVERAL (OVER TWENTY DROPLETS), we immediately called/ texted them the same day only for them to wait weeks to come out to fix which they already knew they Couldn't from what the owner stated He is rude, disrespectful, and delusional if he think that we were going to accept that.. Your mistake, your burden to fix.. They knew the materials they use does not come up off of concrete but yet they placed nothing down to protect our home.. This house was built in **************************************** two it's a total of about thirty. He hung up on me because he didn't like my tone, attitude, but it was that he just didn't like that I wouldn't accept a mediocre Fix which is to leave it there as is.. Hung up on my fianc for literally no reason besides my fianc wasn't accepting the mediocre fix either, then offers us $500 knowing that won't cover the damage left behind by his workers.. I have over twenty videos of He claims I've been rude to his employees but I have every video of the interaction with his Employees, audio recording with The owners before we even started the project. So our only option is to take them to court because we will not ACCEPT the ** he's trying to give us.. I hate to but my *********************** but I never want anyone to go thru this.. Don't use his company because no man of God or with a conscious would tell they're customer to accept $500 or take him to court for damages they caused. This is ridiculous, it's demeaning, and just down right wrong..

We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. The garage and front porch we completed for our customer look absolutely beautiful. When we followed up with our customer, on June 14th, after the installation, the customer said that he was very happy with the finished product. I do apologize that our installation technicians were not more careful with the surrounding concrete that was not being coated. While we recognize that the drops on the bare concrete are unacceptable, we also acknowledge that response timing could not have changed the outcome. There were fewer than ten business days between any of our interactions and attempts to resolve this matter. Many would consider this to be very timely for non-urgent circumstances. It is unfortunate that we failed to meet your expectations in this situation. You are entirely correct in stating that our products are strong and difficult to remove from concrete however, we were willing to try. Because only one component of our process dripped onto the bare concrete, it will not stay there forever. The droplets are our finished topcoat of polyaspartic. When polyaspartic is applied directly to concrete, we have found it tends to become unnoticeable after six months to a year. This is why we use our polyaspartic topcoat in combination with our polyurea base coat. While we were there attempting to remove the droplets with acetone and an oscillating tool, you informed us that you were not interested in that resolution. The business owner then shared that the polyaspartic topcoat itself would age off of the substrate naturally in about six months if you did not want to allow us to attempt to remove it ourselves. You informed us that this was also not good enough. We then offered to return $500 / *****% of what the customer paid for our services, knowing that the drops would also naturally fade. You insisted that none of the above solutions were acceptable. We are genuinely sorry that this experience escalated to the point it has. We wish you and our customer the best of luck however you choose to move forward.
