- Additional Info:BBB has been investigating Business Certificate Services during our investigation 16complaints have been received since 09/25/2019. Consumers are alleging that company is charging fees for an LLC or Corporate registration only never to be registered. The company is posing as Sunbiz. Consumers allege emails & calls to company go unanswered.
Additional consumers allege the same thing but realized this was not the original Sunbiz and choose not to do business with them.
The BBB sent correspondence to Business Certificate Services requesting their voluntary cooperation in resolving complaints on file and providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of consumer complaints and address the investigation letter. Business Certificate Services has not responded as of 02/02/2021.
