I dropped my truck off 3 weeks ago to get diagnostic and it's been 2 weeks. It was a week before they even looked at it. I keep hearing they get stuck on other vehicles

Yes, I talked to **** last night when this came through.
The customer has been called and is on his way to pick up
    his truck.
Note: This vehicle is in very poor condition. We only
repaired a small portion of what is wrong with this vehicle.
Customer declined many of the other repairs. **** is going
to ask the customer to remove the bad review.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I was able to speak with a Manager and clear things up. The truck was delayed in being fixed but it is running great. The company did a great job calling me about my Concerns and working through them...

    Regards,

I am happy with the repair but Dodge is still putting the blame on me. The fact is I had a appointment that took a week to set, came there,  **** was really rude saying whatever when the shuttle was a hour late to pick me up when i had planned to order a über but  was assured it'd be 20 30 mins. After that it was "we will get to it when we get to it". It Sat for 5 days before I got à call saying they couldnt open the hood, another 2 before they got to it, then another week before fixing it. This was a 3 week process for fixing what they call only a few of the repairs it needed to be done. I was going to have it repaired but was threatened with even longer wait times,  I had a budget of 3000 and spent 1400 so it wasn't a want issue for me more of I was getting treated horribly because my truck was in dodge words very poor condition which turned out not to be so much as once they started the work and I complained it was finishedand is running great. It does come from up north so its a rust bucket bit has gotten routine maintance. The other repairs are the wipers only work on high, the heater only blows on high, radiator leak, and did i say northern rust and cleaned on the inside, it didnt have any major issues. I shouldn't of had to pay for the diagnostic at least since it was delayed a week. I'm happy with the repair but confused after reading the reply. It was we've had a crazy week, family emergency within the staff, to paying, now it's my fault their schedule which is done partly online by customers is conflicting with the customers bringing vehicles in without a appointment. I'm not sure what dodge is getting at. You'd figure they'd love trucks like mine as they make money from Sources other than warranty work. I should at least get one free diagnostic, the fact is if the vehicle was looked at on the day of the appointment or the day after none of this would of happened.

False Advertisement & Falsified Documents: The worst car buying experience of my life. When I called the number on the flyer, they set an appointment for me to go in the dealership and I could win $1,000.
At the dealership, no $ to win. They asked to look over my **** ******** *** *** and give me a trade in value. They wanted to give me a 2022 Jeep Cherokee. They allowed me to take the car home (had not signed any docs). The next day, I didn’t want the Jeep & I wanted my car back. I was told my car was at the wholesale lot & it would be several hours. I waited. The salesperson worked up a new deal on a 2023 Jeep Compass. I never saw my ******** back on the CDJR Fiat lot. He pressured me into this car, by not returning my ********, saying there was “no buyer’s remorse” in *******, saying the benefits of a 2023 over a used 2017 car, and by making me sign a doc before I left the dealership. I told them my income and mortgage amt. When I returned the next day, I asked about my car; but it still wasn't there. I stressed my loan was too high & I couldn't afford the Jeep. For the next week or so, I was contacted over 10 times (calls and text) by a different salesperson harassing me to complete a survey. I would receive a free tank of gas, if I gave all 10’s and answered yes to all the questions. At some point, I told him I wouldn’t because they gave me a bad deal & I couldn’t afford the car. He referred me to ******** ****** *****, but refinance not approved; valued at $38K & the loan $52K. I communicated this to the salesperson & asked for help getting out of this deal. Communication stopped; I received no more calls or texts. This prompted me to look at the paperwork CDJR gave me on a flash drive. The dealership falsified my income & mortgage on the bank application. My income was higher & mortgage lower. I didn't sign the application; it was transmitted electronically. I’m stuck in a car; I can’t afford. See application, proof of income & mortgage attached.

    Business Response

Let me first apologize for any inconvenience caused by Tallahassee CDJR. I have reviewed the complaint with **** *******, General Sales Manager and ***** ****** the Finance Director. Both of their comments are to follow.

    ***** ******

.  I remember her in my office, she was very nice, we had
good repour, no negative experience whatsoever. The credit app does get
transmitted electronically.  I always have clients sign a wet copy of
their credit application.  It is a good best practice.

    **** *******

I spoke to her last week and she seemed to be much happier when we
got off of the phone.   The situation got worse when she approached a credit union about
refinancing and was denied because the *** was too high. I explained that the
negative equity came from the 2017 ******** she traded and not from the
purchase of the new vehicle. She seemed to understand and said she appreciated
    us reaching out.

I feel that we have done all we can in this matter and wish it closed. Please reach out to me with any questions

    Thanks
