    This complaint is in regard to my 2017 Nissan pathfinder which I purchased from capital city Mitsubishi. On September 5,2023 I took my car in for a standard oil change on September 6 I was headed to an appointment about 5 miles down the my oil pressure light came so I went immediately back to Mitsubishi and they discovered that the oil filter was correctly put and the oil was leaking out and when they corrected it the oil pressure light would go off so had to keep it out further. They gave a loaner vehicle and I returned home and discovered that there was oil all over my garage floor also on the driveway and down my street as far as you could see.I have the pictures to document what I’m saying. Then Mitsubishi informed the engine was messed up and had get me another engine . It now been 3 months and 11 days I still don’t have my vehicle back. I have spoken the service manager any number of times with me imitating the inquiry. I was there around 4 Pm today December 12,2023 and he could not give me a date when vehicle would be ready or who they had during the repairs. Could you please help me.

    I bought a 2020 ****** Murano from Capital City Mitsubishi In ***********. I bought it on a weekend so they asked me to bring the car back on Monday to have detailed. I took the car back for them to detail and I also told them at that time the cruise control did not work. They told me they drove it and nothing was wrong with cruise control. They also did not detail the car. We called ***** and told him this . He said they would pay for the detail that we had done just bring the invoice in. We also explained that the headlight on passenger side had condensation in it. My husband took the invoice to them and he said they were not going to pay for it due to no vehicle vin # on the sales receipt and yes my husband got upset and said a few choice words to him that was durogatory. But when you take a man for his word and then take him a bill and him tell you they are not going to pay for it due to no vehicle vin # on the bill. ***** did not mention this on the phone. If he would have the vin # would have been on the bill where we had got it detailed. So needless to say we are out ****** . Plus the headlight is ******* to have replaced . The sensor for the cruise control they said would be covered after 30 days when the warranty kicks in that we had paid extra for. I live on a fixed income and was not expecting these extra costs. I called the dealership over in *************** And talked to **** the general manager with no satisfaction from him either. I quote he said that my husband had to apologize to *****. What about aplology to us for all the hardship that we are going thru since buying this car.
