    I am rejecting this response because: mold remediation needs to be performed prior to sheetrock work or at least mold testing, this issue started almost a year and a half ago but has progressively gotten worse. We were promised a contractor a year and a half ago. The AC is still leaking so fixing the sheet rock is not going to solve the problem until the AC is fixed.

    now due to the HVAC issues. We just want this fixed and our home back to what it was prior to the installation and a refund for the HVAC unit if they are not going to install it properly so that we can hopefully get another unit installed by a different contractor and we would like the damage repaired. We have small children and this is unacceptable for anyone.

    We installed system and ducts in this clients home at the end of 2022. since installed there have been no major mechanical failures on the machine however in June of 2024 there was a drain clog issue that created leakage. additionally there was some sweating on the system and as a result we at no additional charge have redone a significant portion of the clients duct work and modified sizing as well as agreed as a courtesy to perform drywall repairs at no additional cost for the client . We are currently in the scheduling phase with the drywall crew and have completed the duct modifications and all drain line repairs.

    to our knowledge the unit wasn't leaking anymore, we have been attempting to reach the client unusually and after reading this latest reply our regional ops manager called the client and left a voicemail to attempt to go investigate further himself. We are waiting on the clients response

    I responded to the last request. We have contracted an attorney because the mold in our house is making us sick and it is all due to the poor installation of this unit.

    a few weeks ago we sent our regional manager to the home and the client refused to allow us to attempt any remedies and also told us he would not let us do anything further including the drywall repairs we offered to cover etc. They also informed us they contacted an attorney and we have since attempted to have our attorney contact them with no response. For the record we have offered to remedy these items and they will not let us.

    In this case we installed a unit for our customer that operated flawlessly for almost 4 years and then unfortunately there were multiple visits required to resolve her issue but we are happy to report that the unit is running fine again and the client is fully satisfied.

    My wife called this company for a service call on our ac unit. They advertised same day service. The tech called my wife to say he was on his way. Only our daughter was home. It was 2:15pm on 8/2/2023. He went in our yard, fixed the unit and called my wife to say it's ******** He did not tell us prior to working on the unit, the problem or cost to repair. We never signed anything to authorize him to do the work. He just did it and then asked for payment. Not professional at all. My wife wrote on the website for an itemized invoice, since the one he emailed her said "replaced 2 capacitors #35/5 & 7.5mfd. No cost breakdown and for only being at the location 20 minutes. My daughter gave him cash since we did not have that amount on our debit card. The next day 8/3/2023, my wife got a call from their office but missed the call since she was at work. She called back to find out the lady was on break. She left a message. Never received a call back. I called that same day, talked to 2 people. Said they would call me back. No response. I called again on 8/4/2023. Talked to a woman, explained all again and told her, we never authorized the work to be done. I looked online those part numbers and each one is around ***. How the hell did it get to ******* for 20 minutes work. The woman said she was not aware we did not sign the pre-authorized paper and would have the service manager call me back. Never got a response. I am looking for a money back. This company did fraud.

    It is the goal at AND Services for all of our customers to receive premium service as promptly as possible. For these reasons the cost of our parts is only a very small portion of the overall expense of servicing our clients.  Our club members receive extensive discounts on our service rates and in this case we have contacted the customer and discounting there service down to our club membership rates and refunding them the difference.

    Around November 2021, I agreed for And Services to install a 3.5 ton AC unit and a larger air handler in my house for $25,566. Please see invoice 4697. The technician ****** called his company and informed them that the air handler compartment in my small house was too small for him to install new air handler. ****** assured me that once he installed a new 3.0 ton AC unit and an air handler that was the same size as the one he removed from inside the house. Everything should work fine. I agreed to ****** installing the small size 3.0 ton AC unit and air handler. ****** presented the me the invoice to sign but I refused to sign because the invoice was for a 3.5 ton AC unit. ****** demanded that I sign the invoice and I still refused. ****** called his company wrote the following on the invoice" Original price was $25,566.00 dollars for 3.5 ton, now price for 3.0 ton unit is $25,066", he signed and dated the invoice for November 5, 2021 and he scratched out $25,566.00 dollars then wrote $25,066 below. I called And Services an spoke with a lady at least twice explaining the problem then she would not accept anymore calls from me. I reported the problem to the finance company Ally Lending but they informed me that the problem has to be resolved through And Services. I am paying additional interest on $500.00 dollars for the next 10 years for equipment that was not. This is not fair. And Servicesgiven a lady phone number so I called her twice and she assured me the she would corrected the amount I was being charged but she never did. I have left messages but no one will return my call. I reported this problem to Ally Lending my finance company who said And Services must correct the problem on their end. If this is not resolved, I will be paying the interest every month on the extra $500.00 for the next 9 years of the agreement.
