Received and paid for dentures *** *** **** in Tallahassee office (I have proof from bank) but have received at least 3 bills from company. I have sent them proof of payment via email and US postal service and they continue to send bills.Business response

On Sept. 10, 2019 I started Invisalign Treatment with Aspen Dental. I had the total cost financed through DentalFirst Financing. I signed a treatment plan stating that the cost $4,360 included the office visits, imaging, the set of Invisalign trays and a set of Vivera Retainers that I would receive at the end. During the end of my treatment, I was scheduled to receive my Vivera Retainers and was told I would have to pay $499 for them even though they were included in my original treatment plan that I pre-paid for. This was on March 31, 2021 I spoke with the office manager (******) who told me that I'd have the retainers without paying again. I waited for the Vivera Retainers to be made and came in to pick them up on May 11, 2021. I also signed a document saying I did not owe $499. I received a billing statement on May 20, 2021 saying I owed $499 for the retainers. I have already been charged for this item. Office ignores my calls.Business response
