I contacted McDonalds Corporate on 11/10/21 regarding a curbside order that I placed that I never received after waiting for 45 minutes. They said they were forwarding the complaint to the local restaurant and that someone would contact me from there about my refund. I never heard anything so I contacted McDonalds Corporate again 11/16/21 and have not heard anything still. Today, I tracked down the local franchise owner's office and reached out to them, **** * ***** *** (**** ********. The lady I spoke with, *******, was EXTREMELY rude and nasty. She would not let me speak, kept talking over me, and just kept stating how much she hated the app and that a refund could only be provided at the restaurant at the time of purchase. Well that's kind of impossible to do when all the doors are locked and no one comes outside. She said she would send me some coupons, which I stated no, you cannot take my money and not provide goods or service, that's theft. She finally hung up on me and would not answer subsequent phone calls. No wonder the restaurant employees have such a bad attitude -- it starts at the top with *******! I'm surprised the ********' would have someone so rude and unprofessional working in the local office. I need to speak with someone from corporate or a regional manager from corporate that is over this area, their franchisee license needs to be pulled! You can read recent reviews on this location too this is nothing new, they have a horrible 2 star rating.
