            BBB unable to locate business
            I filed my 2020 return and my tax preparer mistakenly inputted my direct deposit information incorrectly, once I realized it I call the bank before it was suppose to be deposited I gave them my account info and the other person account info, I called several times letting them know to look out for it and the last time I called the representative told me the money went I to the account and it was already withdrawn that was 5 months ago. ******** credit union has told me that there is nothing they can do , the irs have sent several letters requesting information from the bank and as of today they still have not complied. The person has spent my hard earned $7701.47 and the bank doesn't even seem to care
