    In Spring 2021, ******* ** ***** and my cousin, ******* ** ********, **** ******** **** ************ ** ***** entered into an agreement, whereby **** ***** would complete certain repairs and renovations to Mr. ********'s residence. Between August 2021 and April 2022, Mr. ******** paid by checks $18,45 to Mr. ***** and purchased $4,413 dollars worth of materials for this project. As of July 16, 2022 very little of the specified work has been completed and most of the money paid to Mr. ***** cannot be accounted for. In ****** Proposal #6, he itemizes what is to be done to renovate a bathroom including removal of existing tub and replacing it with a walk in, tiled shower at a price of $7,500. This project is not completed and when Mr. ******** contacted a licensed contractor for an estimate to complete the shower, Mr. ******** was informed that none of the work to date was completed to meet current building codes and that all of that work must be removed and the project started over from scratch with an estimated cost of $10,000. Upon further investigation Mr. ******** learned that **** ***** did not obtain necessary permits for the job and is not even licensed to do that type of work. I am attaching copies of the proposals from ****,and letters Mr. ******** has written to **** *****. I can provide copies of all checks Mr. ******** has written to Mr. *****. My name is ***** ****** ******** and I reside at **** ***** ******* ************ ** *****. I can be contacted by email at ******************** or by phone at *************. Mr. ******** has appointed me as his Trustee and designated me as Power of Attorney. I have made at least six trips to *********** clear up this mess. I have filed a complaint with the *********** Police Dept. who are are conducting an investigation. I have a court date set for Aug 11, 2022 asking for a restraining order against Mr. *****. I have also filed a complaint with the ******* **** ** ******** ********* *** **********.

    ******* ** ********, **** ******** **** ************ ** ***** ***** ******** is my 86 year old cousin and has asked me to speak for him in this matter.  The referenced "Estate Planning Document" is an approximately 150 page document setting up a Living Trust naming myself as Trustee.  The PoA Designation is one page lifted from that document.  The Estate Plan spells out in detail exactly how he wants his affairs up to and including his death.  Mr. ******** has advised me that these two attachments are not satisfactory, he will create a specific Power Of Attorney document naming me as his representative in this matter.
