      May 2025 Ordered replacement screen for iPhone 14 Pro Max. It arrived very quickly. Product was perfect. It was installed and functions perfectly. The price was very competitive. I could not ask more from them. I highly recommend!

      Return policy is not conducive with cell phone repair. My part arrived damaged but I didnt realize until after install. Their policy is they wont send new one until after receiving and inspecting old one, but then I wouldnt have use of my phone for well over a week if not much longer. Also, customer service will ignore and not work with you.

      Disappointed After ordering the wrong part (my bad) for a replacement nib for my S-Pen, I immediately sent an email asking for a cancelation. After they didn't respond over the weekend (which is fair enough I guess), I decided I would call a bit after they said their phone hours start. The phone still said that they were closed, and soon after that my order shipped. The package arrived 4 days later and contained the hard white nibs even though I ordered the soft black tips.Safe to say I would avoid this store and take your business elsewhere. Unresponsive customer service, sends the wrong parts, and spams you with emails.

      I'm not sure what happened to this place but I would be careful doing business with them. I ordered an oled screen for an iphone and got a fake Chinese knock off iphone screen that i can't use. I spent close to $200 for an oled screen and got something that look like it's worth $20.They sell knock off products a for high price. Stay away from them.

      On 5/17 I ordered a product form this company. I received the verification email and said product was getting ready to ship and I would be notified of the tracking information. On 5/27 I had not heard from this company. I sent an email inquiring. They stated I should have received an email that got was on back order until 5/28. On 5/29 I received the tracking information. The 1st of June I the post office received my package. I picked it up on the 5th only to discover it was nothing like what I ordered. On the 6th I sent an email asking what I ordered. I searched and found what I ordered sent them an email with photos of what I ordered and what I received and asked what they were going to do to rectify this. They never replied back so I did a dispute with PayPal. The only way I can get a refund is if I pay for the shipping and tracking number and once they receive the item I will get my money back. This company has terrible service and if you want the right parts and not have to pay for their mistake DO NOT USE THEM!

      We returned our product we purchased and they refuse to give us our money back. Had to pretend to be someone else to get some type of response and even then they continue to ignore us. Shady business that stills peoples money.

      Worst experience possible. I made a purchase on May 15th with 3-4 day shipping. The item did not arrive within 7 days so on May 22, I emailed, called, and texted the company. The phone number does not get answered, and no response on the text. Some one from the company emailed me on the 23rd and said:Good afternoon,I apologize for the delay in shipping. An email should have been sent that the item is on back order until 5/28.If you are unable to wait any further we can cancel the order. If you are OK with waiting we can provide a 15% refund. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused.Feel free to ask any further questions.Thank you,*** My response the same day:I appreciate your response. Please cancel the order for me.Thanks I thought this was the end of it until on May 31st I received an email that the item had been shipped. I emailed the company about the error and received no response. I called the company 18 times at different times throughout the day with no response (and they never answered any of the calls) I left voice messages on many of the calls. I texted and received no response. The item was delivered on June 3rd. I had already ordered from InjuredGadgets.com on the 22nd and received that order on the 28th, so I didn't need the part. I offered to return (at their expense) but received no response. I have reported this to the credit card company and have received a refund that is now being disputed because they can show where they shipped and it was delivered. I'm having to send copies of emails and texts to the credit card company. Worst experience ever. Zero customer service. I will never purchase from this company again.

      I have tried several times to get in touch with ANYONE at the company, and I've just been completely GHOSTED. I ordered a new replacement digitizer for a customer's phone, and it was defective. I sent back the digitizer, and was told that the new one would be shipped out to me the following week. I never got a tracking number, and I never got the digitizer. And now I cannot get hold of ANYONE. I feel my only recourse is to file fraud charges with my bank, and leave feedback reviews detailing my experiences on ******* BBB, and anywhere else that I can think of.
