    Quality is extremely poor. Plushes are sewn together extremely poorly, making them misshapeb. They barely look like the product photos. Some of them use materials that are not like the normal squishmallow fabric and stuffing. If you complain to their customer service for the poor quality, all they do is offer a return where you have to pay for return shipping.

    I ordered on 21/11. Advertised arrival date of December 04th. It is December 05th, and my package has still not shipped. Customer service refuses to respond to me about where my package is. ****** is a real star. Lol I didn't think I'd get scammed by a company as big as this. Please send me my order.

    Had a problem with a Squishmallow not having its ID Tag. The person I was in contact with kept giving me the run around and a different response every time. I asked for a Supervisor several times, or anyone that knows the Product. I had to ask, I believe 3 times. The Supervisor did contact me but was just as ill informed as the other person I was in contact with. This Company has no idea what they are selling. I did some investigating on the item and found out the they were not giving correct information. Which I pretty much knew. The two people I had contact with were just rude, no **************** Skills at all, and have absolutely no idea what they are selling.

    This company purposely causes its customers to have to fight over products by under producing certain items. These are toys that children may want, but they choose several of their products to make "rare" and only make **** of them for the entire planet. So most collectors or children would have to pay 20 to 30 times retail for these items if they were to buy them. This is a disgusting practice and they need to fire their CEO

    Would give 0 stars. False advertising about toys. Toys they say connect to ********** do not connect as the skill has expired. They continue to sell an item knowing it will not work.
