Decocrated charged me an annual subscription renewal in December 2023 and didnt deliver any of the quarterly boxes. They shut down their website so I cant access my account to obtain the amount owed to me or the documentation.Initial Complaint

The Decocrated company charged me ****** in July of 2023 for the upcoming 2024 year of boxes. I received no boxes at all and the company is now out of business. I want a full refund and have a right to receive the refund.Initial Complaint

On or about January 19, 2024, I purchased a yearly subscription service (four boxes quarterly) to a company called Decocrated which provides decorating items for the home. Around February 1st, I received my first box, the spring box, but as of today, I have not received any more. I tried to contact the company, but they seem to be out-of-business. There is no email or customer service number to contact them. I would like to see if I could get a possible refund of about $238.82 which is the remaining amount totaling the three boxes I have yet to receive. I did, however, filed a dispute with my credit card company, and they are looking into seek a possible resolution for me also.Initial Complaint

I have been an annual subscription holder for a few years now. My card was charged in January and I was suppose to receive 4 boxes (1 for every season). I received my spring box and just now realized I never got a summer box. Went online to decocrated website and its completely gone. On October 18, 2023, I renewed my Annual Subscription for $324.42 with Decocrated. Decocrated is a quarterly home subscription box that includes various home decorations. I have received one, the Spring 2024 box, but I have not yet received the Summer 2024 box. Upon researching, I learned that Decocrated **** is no longer in business. However, the company has released spoilers, and I believe others have received a Summer 2024 box. I don't know what can be done, but I felt the Better Business Bureau should be notified. Ive been a subscriber for several years and recently my annual subscription of $300 or so was billed in March. I received my spring box in March but I am entitled to 3 more boxes for the year. The company appears to have gone out of business without any warning or communication to their customers, and without providing a refund for the 3 boxes that are left unfulfilled. Fall of last year I paid for a year subscription to receive 4 home decor boxes. I am owed either 2 more boxes for the year or a refund. All record of how many boxes I am owed is on their now not found website. The only record I personally have is a credit card charge of around 330$. This is a horrible way to do business!! On Oct. 19, 2023 I was charged $322.92 for an annual subscription box (Winter, Spring, ******* ***** and received both Winter and Spring boxes, but since then, the company has essentially disappeared. Emails came back as undeliverable, no response on social media messages ********* and Instagram) and their website is now down. There has been no communication from the company. I would like a refund for the Summer box I did not receive and the Fall box I expect not to receive; approx. $161.46.
