    Can't even send auto refills on time. What type or idiot CEO could this be. Obviously jumping above his ability and class. Probably tells everyone he runs a successful pharmacy, yet can't get auto refills out the door. Lol you literally have 3 month notice....... what idiots. Definitely switching from them. No 'manager' ever available. So whoever they have running their call center is also a coward and just not responsible.Wish I had a job where I could do nothing, not do what I promise, and then not even respond to customers. What garbage humans are these people?People get sick and die when you can't provide medicine.

    August 14th, 2024 On moderation 1st was a disaster but figured it out. 2nd order was coming due, noticed I was low on my antipsychotic medication and dilengly watching my email for notice from DIRX. I had 5 days left and I called the help center. They stated the order was on back order and should be processed in the next couple days and the 7 to 10 days for shipping. Not cool,..I explained my situation and was repeadly told to calm down asked to speak to Manager and was sent to a bs voicemail to leave a message. I called back every day and left a message with the "manager". I never recieved a call back or help. Finally the medication came in and I already had my pharmacist send prescriptions to another pharmecy. I told them to cancel the order, "No sir it's in processing" and can't be canceled. I Saud has it shipped, have you billed yet. I can't tell and no you can't cancel. I deleted everything in my account, emailed them to cancel. They did this for me, but the order 4 days later was finished processing and billed my account. The items are supposed to be at my door 9 days for shipping. Wow, if I waited I would be 14 days without medication. This is the worst company, between not caring if a person has there meds, not notifying people in advance about stocking issues, not having a management team to help, not canceling a order. (Most companies you can cancel as long as it has not shipped). This company is very shady and they hold some very important information that they hold. Scary scary...do not use,..let this company go belly up. Stay away

    Using this pharmacy for a couple of years. Prices are very good, but more often than not my medications become backordered and don't arrive on time. Will be switching to another business. Avoid!

    I started ordering my prescriptions through DIRX... cheaper.....don't have to run through insurance...easy simple right?? WRONG..You get what you paid for.....i ordered medication i have to take prescribed by my doctor on December 21, 2023...after numerous attempts to contact them to no avail....i get my local pharmacy to try and transfer my prescriptions.....nope didn't happen ...problems contacting DIRX...on January 3, **** i have now gone 2 weeks without my medicine ...ive gotten sick ....apparently this pharmacy or whatever they dont value their customers or theri health. I had to contact my doctor directly and finally got my prescription on January 4, ****..from CVS. And i took into account the holidays but 2 weeks???? And they won't communicate...whatsoever...i dare to even give them one star....i did get prescriptions from them before but delays excuses they ran out of meds...hurricane coming etc?? My medicine is prescribed for a health reason and i sincerely hope my health hasnt suffered too much from this horrific experience.One star only because it's required

    Do not recommend, I was a new customer, was transferring RX from Kroger, The stated promise is to Contact immediately if any issues with Transfer, 2 weeks past no contact and no transfer, order status stayed pending. Finally was able to speak to someone who stated they where having issues with contacting ******, I verified RX number, phone number, all contact information. Even contacted ****** to see if anyone had contacted about trying to transfer, none. SI canceled pending order, I would not recommend any one use this company.
