Showed up to pick up my stuff from ********** on 8/7/23. Seemed somewhat professional, however they insisted on unwrapping some of my furniture that was very protected (by me) they said they could not load it they way it was wrapped in blankets. Total BS, anyway they unwrapped all my custom chairs which left them vulnerable to damage. They assured me they were a "professional moving company and they would handle my items with care. Not the case.....I tried to get in the moving truck to make sure my things were protected, they immediately made me get out of the truck because of liability, HA! not they case when they arrived on 8/26/23. I do not have enough space to write all the c*** they did to my things but heres the ************** version. They contract out with 3rd parties which they lied and assured me they do not, as a matter of fact it is on the contract they do not. The driver (only) has the audacity to show up alone. No crew etc. I had to unload with my family oh btw I now could get on the truck. Complete crap!! what happened to the liability now. Of course ****** gave no explanation why that happened. I freaking paid for unloading!!!!!!!!!!!!!The packing of the truck looked like it was packed by 3rd graders, my stuff stacked with out protection at all (in the contract they are supposed to provided blankets for protection). 5k Road bike completely cracked frame because they stacked in upside down in . between my furniture with the spokes gouging legs to my coffee table. Takes a-lot of force to crack a carbon fiber frame, Competition paddle-board destroyed, all my surfboards dinged in various places. They were all heavily padded in their cases. All my furniture damaged, gouges, scratches, chipped etc. Plastic boxes crushed, they put boxes marked fragile on the bottom of the entire stack. Missing money large jar of change (discovered after my unpacking)I don't have enough characters to finish. They are rude scammers and dishonest!
