I would like to start off by saying how disappointed I am that I have to write this review about how my friends and I were treated at Alligator Alley Harley-Davidson where our collective group has spent over $750,000 this is not a type-o. One of the guys in our group alone has spent $120,000. This is ********************* of us rode yesterday to Alligator Alley Harley Davidson like we typically do on the weekend. Our very close friend was looking into buying a 2024 RG. While he was negotiating one of us noticed that the trade-in amount for his motorcycle did not appear in the documentation that they stated were going to give him a trade-in amount towards the new bike. We noticed that very important figure was missing from the disclosure presented with finance amounts to him so we addressed it. The manager ***** M at Alligator Alley Harley-Davidson said; Whos buying this bike him or you guys? Obviously we replied him.He them told us THE REST OF YOU GET THE **** OUT OF THE STORE! For a slight second we were shocked and taken by his comment as we assumed it was a joke, who in their right mind speaks like that to 8 customers? He even went as far as to tell us that it was the owner whom told him to speak to us like that. We are curious as to the validity of that statement and we will find out the truth at all costs, if it was in fact the owner. We are a group of friends who all care deeply about one another and we look out for one another, our friendship is stronger than blood. Were not children, most of us are in our 50s educated men all professionals with families. We are appalled by the aggressive behavior of this manager. I want Alligator Harley Davidson to know that we are not going to stop until that manager gets removed from that store. Anyone who cares about family and friends defends them and that is what we did. We defended our friend and we were insulted, belittled, disrespected, scorned, abused, and slandered.

Ever since I walked into this Harley-Davidson dealership 3 years ago, I will never take my business anywhere else. From the Sales Department to Service, they have always taken care of me and my motorcycles. This is the place to go to for all your H-D wants and need.
