            I have a concern regarding the **********, ** location. I was informed on 2/11/23 and 2/13/23 that I would be accepted as a patient. Please note patient's grand daughter was told this by two Interim staff members, including ******. A ******** Kepro immediate advocacy employee witnessed this conversation. Also, the hospital case management confirmed the patient would be accepted by Interim. She was discharged from the hospital (2/13/23) expecting service based on the confirmation. Subsequently, patient's granddaughter was informed on 2/14/23 by ***** with Interim that the patient would not receive service. Patient's granddaughter explained we relied on the confirmation in good faith and that the patients health and safety was affected by the decision not to care for the patient. We should have been informed on 2/13/23 that the patient would not be accepted. Interim did not prioritize the patients health, safety, and well being. This is concerning and lacking in compassion, respect, and clear communication.

            I recently worked for Interim home health ********. **** the owner would constantly tell me how **** I was and wanted to hug constantly. It was very weird. Touching me inappropriately is not OK. I actually put in my resignation after two weeks. In which I havent been paid for nor can I get any kind of call back regarding my pay that I deserve. Calling interim corporate office and the department of labor.
