We thoroughly investigated this and have an electronically signed verification letter from 11/7/2023 at 7:39PM. This application was one taken with one of our licensed field agents (****** ********** - NPN ********). The Agent of Record was the agent you mentioned. As a result of this complaint, we deactivated the your Enhance Health account to prevent risk of reenrollment and this policy shows that it was cancelled in 2024.If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to *******************************

    I was notified by the health care marketplace that there were two insurance policies opened under my name without my consent knowledge or permission. I was told via a piece of mail that I receive in January of this year that a certain representative named ***** ***** opened an insurance policy under my name last year from April to December and then I got another piece of mail stating that since I was unable to be contacted that a new policy was opened under my name January 1st of 2025. I received notification of both of these policies on January 24th of 2025. I have filed fraudulent complaints with the healthcare marketplace, as well as with Ambetter Health the insurance company that the policies were opened with. I was told the name of the broker, ***** *****. And after I reached out to a local insurance provider to find out how I figure out who ***** ***** was, I was told to call the health insurance agency and the marketplace and get the *** number of him which is ********. After doing the research and seeing that he was based out of this company in ********************* and also looking at several documentations of fraudulent insurance policies being open in people's names without their knowledge or consent I have also filed a complaint with the attorney general's office with the ***, and am also consulting with an attorney because this is going to be corrected and fixed where there is no policy open under my name. I have had personal health insurance through my own employer for over the last 25 years. The only reason I found out that there was a policy open under my name was due to the mail from the healthcare marketplace and there was a 1095-A form in there that said I needed to file by my taxes. And so there is fraud claims with the marketplace with Ambetter Health with the *** and now the attorney general as well as this better Business bureau this had better be corrected or legal action to prosecute and go after this fraudulent behavior will occur.

Our company is committed to providing high-quality services to our customers and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. We will continue to monitor and improve our processes in the future. Based on our investigation, we confirmed that a member identifying as ******* **** contacted us by phone on 3/29/2024. The consumer spoke directly with a former agent, who was affiliated a downline agency previously contracted with Enhance Health. Our records indicate that the former selling agent submitted the sale under a former Agent of Record (AOR) ***** *****. The sale was submitted pursuant to an NPN override using the **** NPN and active appointment status with the carrier. As a result of this complaint, we have deactivated Mr. ****** account in our internal sales system. We hope this resolves this matter.

    I have been getting at least 25 to 50 calls every weekday beginning at 8:00 in the morning by this company I've asked repeatedly to be put on their do not call list I'm on the do not call registry they hang up on me when I ask them to stop calling, and then they'll call about 10 more times!!! I've let them know that I work overnights and I sleep during the day and they disturb me every single day constantly over and over and over!! These representatives are very rude, and disrespectful!! I need help please it's now affecting my health for sure my sleep!!

I do see a handful of calls we made to this number over the course of the last 2 weeks. This was due to the fact this number was connected to an existing account that enrolled in 2023. We have added you to our internal Do Not Call list and blocked it from any calls from us. This was done as soon as you requested it. In addition, if you are receiving 50 calls a day, they are not coming from us as I see only one call per day until you requested to be added to our Do Not Contact list.     This company has been calling me at least ***** times per day, from 7am until 11pm. When I answer, they try to say they are with marketplace healthcare, then reveal they are actually enhanced health care. Once I ask a few questions they will hang up. Ive asked multiple times to be put on the do not call list, yet they continue to call multiple times. This feels like harassment. Ive tried to call the main number, I got through one time to someone. They stated that they will place me in the do not call list. This never took place, they continue to call my phone all day long at any time. They also call in Sundays. They will call from random phone numbers with my local area code, even disguise with peoples names or businesses.

    The company is a scam. They have vendors who are working with people in ***** selling your information such as ****** and another. They are currently in a rico ******** Company lied to its agent and clients and committed fraud while the owners benefited big time. **** ****** was the CEO mainly involved in the fraud. Do not trust them. They got over 150 agents license suspended for 3 years including myself. They made false ads saying people are getting 6400 a month when it was false and fired every agent that questioned the ad when we found out. And blacklisted us. This company is probably gonna go down in a ******* series for the kind of fraud they were committing. Moneymatt305 is the Instagram of the original CEO **** ******. They should be criminally charged for fraud and false ads and ruining all their agents lives.

    So I am a HIV positive patient. I had ******** through the state of ******** and it recently got cut off because they switched to the new system. Prior to that I went looking for health insurance that will cover my medication which is $5,000 a bottle. Enhance health is which I talk to an agent. The agent signed me up for health insurance apparently and I was supposed to receive my benefit package along with ID cards and other insurance papers. He asked for my social security number and my address along with my name and date of birth. I just called them back a few hours ago and they did not respond to my message or phone call. I've been waiting since February of this year here it is now July the 17th And I have not received no paper documentation paperwork. This business that's doing this insurance is fraud and I'm going to get an attorney and I'm going to sue them. The local PD already have a case piling against them and anybody that's affiliated with them is going to get charged for fraud. I need to get reimbursed for all the ones that I was supposed to get insurance which was from February all the way to July which I have not received s***

    These people TRICKED me promising me a check for $5600 if I answered their questions. I was STUPID to believe them!! However, they never told me that they were using my info to CANCEL my health insurance WITHOUT my consent!!! The last thing the guy in the phone said is "we hope you enjoy your new insurance" and then hung up!!! I was not able to call him back. He has concelled my insurnace TWICE seriously endangering my health because it will take 45 days to reinstate my insurance. These guys are nothing but CROOKS who TRICK people. The guy who cancelled my insurance was ********************* and his NPN # is ********. Another person is *************************** NPN# ********. PLEASE stop these crooks ASAP befoe they endanger the health of more senior citizens by fradulently cancelling their insurance.

    I looked into insurance and they messaged me . Never filled out actual app or anything legal. Now I cant file taxes without some statement I do not have. Healthcare.gov shows no app since 2015. I do not know how to ensure they dont do it again as well. No idea how to fix

    I went to file my taxes and learned that I needed a 1095A form. I was surprised to learn to this knowing that I have insurance through my employer and receive a 1095C. I called the Healthcare market place and learned that a agent Ne***** Fu** signed me up without my knowledge. I do not know if someone stole my identity or what but I never provided any information to be signed up. Because of this I now cannot file my taxes till this is resolved. I need the company to contact me as so I can get the proper information and learn what they are willing to do to resolve this issue.

    ******************************* Takayo ********* ID# ******** stolen my husband identity and processed health insurance application with his info from September 2022 until January ****. We received documents from *** regarding insurance through Marketplace (which we dont have) last month regarding our 2022 taxes. If not for the *** we would have never found out about her.For every three people she enrolls within the hour she receives commission of $60-$70 per person I was told.************************ should have charges brought against her for identity theft and fraud receiving money you didnt rightfully earn. Im sure we are not the only people that have been defrauded by her.Now were left fighting to clear this mess up.
