The marathon gas station sold me gas with water in it. I reported the issue to the Florida agriculture and consumer services and when they sent an inspector out they found water in the tank. The station was closed and I also had an officer ******* and the whole situation was recorded on body ****** also have the manager and owner admitting to fault in the presence of the officer and the manager admitting fault on whats app. The owner wanted me to have his mechanic do the job but I did not feel comfortable with that and the officer even informed him that I have the option to get three different quotes and service the vehicle where I choose. I chose to service it at ***** and the owner acknowledged that and said he will pay for related damages. When ***** sent me back the **** and showed they are only fixing related damages he then states Well I told you my mechanic will do it I then tell him Its not what your mechanic will do your station caused this problem and your responsible to fix it , Tell me what we are going to do are you going to pay for it or not? He then leaves my message on read and I have not gotten a response from him since so I am turning to the BBB to be a resource to help me because this is a huge inconvenience and injustice.
