  I highly recommend ESS because from day one I had a positive experience with their sales team. They are professional, informative, and respectfully kind. Their knowledge of stone products and the masonry industry are exceptional. I believe their pricing and installation projections are competitive. They have a reasonable payment process and smooth administrative responsiveness.

  I recommend ESS Affiliated because the job they completed at my house was challenging. It was difficult to install the stone driveway, the masonry work was exceptional and the pricing was competitive.

  I used ESS to replace my 2 car asphalt driveway to a 3 car concrete driveway with a stamped concrete on it. They also installed a front patio for me at the same time. I found them through a magazine that comes out for the ****************** that has all different venders in it. The day after the concrete was poured the driveway cracked in multiple locations. They came out and repaired and said this is a common issue as they forgot to place any stress cracks. For the next 3 years, the concrete has cracked and chipped along with the stamped concrete away and they came out after many calls to repair. The problem is I keep having the same issue and they cannot fix it. I have now been waiting since February 16, 2022 (15 MONTHS) for them to come out and repair my driveway. I have asked to speak to the Owner of the company named *** and he has not picked up the phone or returned any of my phone calls in over a year. I have been scheduled for repairs many times to be told that they are short staffed and do not have the man power to do a job. ***** has told me that *** is sick and not working then I am told he is on 3 different job sites a sentence later. I told her today that I am not happy and I will not call again and that I would be going on social media to say how horrible this company is. She then says "Why do that that. If I do this and the company goes out of business that I would never get the job repaired." My reply to her is that it is not getting repaired anyway. She then tells me she is a born-again ********* and starts telling me bible verses and that I should pray for ***. I do hope *** is not sick, but as a businessperson he is horrible and one of the worst people to deal with. Why would I pray for his business when he does not care enough to call me. As the Owner of the company, he should return phone calls, meet with the customer and explain the situations himself. But he does not. He puts his head in the sand and turn the other way.

  Original work performed May 2020. June 2021 noticed problems with fading and cracking. Contacted company. After blaming Covid, supply chain, labor issues, they finally inspected their work summer of 2022. Dozens of phone calls and promises and finally, they scheduled work for week of March 13, 2023 and promised to call on March 10 with exact date and time. NOTHING HAPPENED. Never heard from them. Coming up on 3 years and at least 50 calls and excuses and promises missed and failure to honor warranty.

  My nightmare began Jan 29, 2022. Salesman came by very professional. (3 in our HOA)bought in. What sold me was the "5 year" warranty. A pitch about some type of solar beads that expand in heat and keep their product from fading as fast as others. After the contract was signed and a deposit of $1,666.00 was given, the salesman told me the company was behind due to all the weather, supply chain issues and I was looking at April/May. May came and I was leaving for a trip. Called, said this would be a great time to come; "sorry we are still behind due to weather." July came, called talked to *****...excuse after excuse. Sept. came, more excuses, now ******* was on board. Had 3 men quit. Oct. came I demanded to have my driveway/patio done by Oct 24. Was promised they would be out. Never showed. Went away in Nov. again promised they would come. Never showed. More excuses. ******* now no longer works for them. I finally stopped calling and accepting the loss. Never heard from them until the week after Christmas when the job was coming to a near "end of year" signed contract. Suddenly they want to come and talk about the project. I declined and told them if they came on my property I would have them arrested. Overall project was going to cost $5,000.00. Called another company and had the entire driveway, walkway, back patio done for $2,000.00. The present company informed me there was no such product on the market and I had been scammed!! No Joke! The whole claim of being a ************* is a scam. I have served God my whole life. I told ***** at one point to stop claiming Christianity. Her and her company were giving us a BAD name...this is not a good witness for them. In the unpleasant times in which we live...beware. The scammers are staying awake at night plotting how they can run off with our money. It worked this time, but not again. :(

  BUYER BEWARE OF JOE THE WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING. We had our back patio done, and salesman *** just talked so honestly how the company gives us a Lifetime Warranty and will come out for repairs and maintenance at no cost to us. I have his office and cell phone number, and he never answers or calls back. He talked about discounts for recommendations to our neighbors, and how he goes to a nearby church, and we should attend. Well, here we are 2022, calling since 2020 to no avail and I thank our stars we did not recommend them to our neighbors. Our back patio is a cracked mess, and we will have to have a real professional come out and pour a new foundation over this embarrassing lazy, cheap products of a disaster European Sculptured Stone System did. *** sure talked a lot about being Godly, well good luck *** the concrete LIAR.
