    I placed a order received it but the website there is no way of returning on there I called and email no response on getting help on returning the item

    Hello,

     

    Our return policy is located at the bottom of our website on each page of the website. There is also a return portal where a return label is generated for a customer once they inquire about a return.

     

    When reviewing the customers order, there has not been a return or any noted inquires made to **************************

     

    Customer is also attempting to return a sale item which is noted to be not returnable on our return policy.

     

    As of today, there has not been any inquires from the customer to the merchant and the customer is in possession of the merchandise

    I placed an order with the company back in the beginning of June. Their return policy is to send back whatever you dont want within two weeks. I even had to pay my own shipping to send it back to them. They received my returned Item, I have proof of signature from the tracking information. Its a month later and I still have not received the store credit that they promised if you send a return back. The item I sent was worth $70, so Im supposed to get $70 store credit. What upsets me the most is that I have been reaching out to them multiple times since they received the order through email and their customer service phone number without any kind of response from them. My order # is ******. At this point, I dont even want store credit because I dont want to do any more business with them, but I know they dont do regular refunds so at this point Ill take the store credit because I dont want to be out $70.

    ******* from Hot Miami Styles, Inc. stated that this matter was resolved in June 2024. The consumer was sent a store credit but it went to her spam, so then a full refund was issued including more incentives provided to the consumer.

    I made a return in November 2018 receiving a partial refund as well as a store credit for $178.42 for some non refundable items dated 12/1/18. Unfortunately with covid delaying normal life, I never used the store credit but have the email saved (attached below) with the return and store credit information, which clearly states in the email "your store credit never expires and can be used anytime". When logging into my account a few days ago on 3/27/23 it said my account was deactivated and needed to reactivate, which I did. My store credit was not appearing on my account. After leaving them 3 voicemails and 2 emails, which included the email with the information of my store credit, their response via email was they have no record of my account information or store credit and cant help me. After several emails they offered me zero resolution even though I had appropriate documentation as proof. Attached is the original email from 12/1/2018 regarding my refund and store credit. I also attached the email thread of me reaching out for help and their lack thereof. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide.

    Order number ****** Ordered 03/15/2022 Ordered Iced gray halter jumpsuit ***** US Spoke to rep about the item being faulty and was advised to send back the item at my cost 25$ ******** that would be reimbursed to me once item was received at the warehouse. Never received my money back for the return shipping cost and left numerous emails and calls messages nobody ever answers the phone and today finally for a miracle they answered I explained the situation the rep who sounded so not professional like she hated her job super abrupt with me and very disrespectful tone in my opinion even though I was super nice and not being difficult I proceeded to ask her about another faulty item which I received that the manager said shell credit back but then I asked her if she could tell me whats the best communication since I can never reach them and she hung up the phone. I am very upset at this poor customer service when I was nothing but nice even though they never answered one email I ever sent them so now not even sure that they will honor the credit for the second item that was promised to me today.

    I am rejecting this response because: yes business has refunded me but has closed my account without notice and all my order history along with all the accumulated points have been lost, I find this extremely unacceptable and poor business practice because I did nothing wrong. I tried to keep it professional and reach out to them about my items being damaged when they sent it like that so why am I continuously being punished.  Im letting the business know if they dont open my account I will be sending a formal complaint through a practice from the **************** because I have bought clothes online from so many stores and I have never been treated like this.

    Hello,I made a purchase from Hot Miami Styles Nov 25th 2022 for $126.25 for a New Years Eve dress . Dress was received but both the top and bottom were broken . I didnt notice until closer to New Years Eve when I took it out of the packaging . I went out and bought $47 worth of supplies from the craft store to try to repair it quickly in time for New Years Eve as well as reached out to the company .They offered me $10 back to apologize but I said that was unacceptable the dress I bought is not wearable . So then they sent me back $30 instead as a refund . I am very unhappy with their customer service . Who sells a broken special occasion dress and then doesnt at least offer a full refund or a new one to replace it ?. Its a chain dress so not like I could have just sewn it.
