I came about a month ago to install tinting on my car at UNIQUE ******************************** LLC. After installing a tinting, I saw some bubbles and unevenness, so I have told about that right on spot. Owner had promised that all bubbles and unevenness in the tinting will go away in three days. We had conversation and he convinced me that he gives a lifetime guarantee and if something will go wrong, I can come any time and they will fix it for free. All those bubbles and unevenness were very disturbing and distracting while driving my car and were making me anxious.So, I arrived a month later to ask to fix those bubbles and unevenness under the tinting film that have never gone, he accepted my car. After 2,5 hours I came back to pick up my car I saw even worse quality were done, even more bubbles and in addition dust and dirt were under the tinting. I told him that I wasnt happy with this type of work. He refused to redo it. Thus, I told him that this quality of work is really bad and doesnt suit me and I dont accept it and ask him to return money and remove those tint. He removed the tint but didnt return my money. I went to ************************ to file a compliant. And got back there again to attempt one more time to solve this issue, but he said that he doesn't care about this situation and I can go to a court. Date of first transaction as said on receipt: 09/08/2023. Second appeal: 10/09/2023.The amount of money I have paid and trying to get back; $222.54 The business committed to provide me: quality tinting without bubbles and dust or dirt under tinting file and redo or fix on lifetime warranty agreement that they verbally offer.The nature of the offer is to return full amount that was paid to me as i did not received promised quality and service.The business had tried to resolve the problem by making new tinting which was even more worse than before. And then they refused to discus or make any attempt to solve this issue.Transaction ID # ***************
