    "First person Protocool sent out ( cost REMOVED) said the blower motor was the reason my ac unit was not cooling correctly, after replacing it at a cost of over REMOVEDdollars (never told me there is surcharge to come out after 4pm) still blows hot air. They offered to send someone out again to find out why its not working (I thought thats what I paid for already) they offered a second person to come out at a discount of REMOVEDdollars, he said you have a leak (this was never checked the first time) wanted to charge over REMOVEDmore to do leak test and add refrigerant, and then says you need a new unit ?" ...
