      I have been a loyal customer for at least since 2016 but for the past year, the service has not been so good. Primarily, they don't keep their scheduled appointments and don't have the courtesy to call to say they are running latenor encountered a problem. I had to take leave from work to be here for the maintence which was scheduled for the am and now it is reschedule for the pm. Therefore, i lost not just a half day of work but a full day of work. The supervisor was busy and unavailable listen to my complaint, so i am writing this negative review.

      Good Morning,

               Yes, unfortunately you did request a morning appointment. We do try to make it for the morning and we do at the time you schedule it advise that it is a request not an absolute. Due to an abundance of customers wanting the morning appointments it is difficult to make all of them before noon. But we are coming today and we apologize for any inconvenience.

      Do not use this company!!! We had a new unit put in 2 weeks ago and have nothing but problems, leaks, etc. The customer service is rude and it has been a horrible experience.

      We are sorry you feel this way. We have corrected the issues and the system is running at the temperature that is requested. We are suppling extra filters for the upcoming months and having a supervisor coming out today after they finish the work.
