  I really didn't now much about the emergency transport arena before the seminar. I attended strictly because I'm an avid outdoorsman and understand the potential of needing back country emergency assistance. Claudia did an amazing presentation and was very easy to commune with and was patient to address all questions. Since we live in an ever changing society and there is so much to learn and be aware of, i will attend the next seminar in my area. More people need to check it out.

  The representative provided clear, concise information to assist us in making our decision to choose MASA Global. The representative was personable with so much knowledge of the company and possibilities of danger if we don't take care to protect ourselves as we age. The meal was an added bonus.

  In Dec of 2024, my Wife and I signed up for and paid just shy of $5k for our membership. About a month later, I got a bill for an ambulance I took before I signed with MASA. I thought I'd see if MASA would pay it, and if not, no big deal, but it shouldn't hurt to see if they would pay. So, I called the number listed on the card. WOW, what a joke. Long story short. I made 6 phone calls. 4 of the calls i was cut off on quickly, 2 of the calls lead me through their computer system then both times I was cut off. I was never able to contact anyone!!! We want our money back!

  Do not recommend this company. We arrived to the seminar on time and had to wait in line to be pointed in the direction of where the seminar was being held in the restaurant. When we entered the door, it was 1 or 2 minutes past start time (because we had to wait in line with patrons of the restaurant). The guy in charge of the seminar told us we had to leave. We told him we drove 35 minutes away to attend and he didn't care. Didn't offer anything for our time and gas wasted for this. Absolutely a huge waste of our time and money and no respect towards potential buyers.

  Excellent service I hope my wife and I never need. Being a helicopter pilot I know how expensive a medical flight can be, so the peace of mind on not having such a heavy expense in a time of need is worth the price of having this service at hand. Joining MASA was totally painless and easy!

  We just recently signed up with ****. As we are in our upper 70s, it's a great opportunity to add security to our lives. I was recently (April 2025) taken by ambulance to the hospital and the cost to my insurance was considerable. The fact that **** offers protection to our great grandchildren was what made the deciding factor.....that's really a Blessing !

  Write a review of MASA Assist Satisfaction rating FALSE ADVERTISING Unfortunately, we signed up believing the hype at dinner -- "pay for a family plan and everything is covered. You'll be able to list all your medications, contact info, etc." Except it's not true . . . you need to pay additional monthly fees to list all your medications, etc. We had to take a loan in order to get the membership and can;t afford ANY additional fees. We are elderly and on social security and my wife cannot drive. Minus 1 star.

  The concept and business plan is ******** today's world it can quickly become a financial life saver.I hope we don't have to use your service, but if we do we'll feel better knowing your on our side.

  As a former *** in *********** for over 15 years, I know how much an ambulance ride, let alone a helicopter ride, can cost! Ive been a member for some time because I do understand the consequences of not having the protection MASA provides.

  Such a peace of mind that I have this plan. As I age I worried about how I would afford the ambulance or air transport on top of the medical bills.
