Approximately 10K I am writing to have this contract terminated immediately. Husband and I went to ***** to celebrate our anniversary and we someone won a trip to *****. I was extremely excited. Next, I'm notified that I would have to meet with Holiday Lounge in order to receive my certificate for travel. We met that same day The nice representative showed me all sorts of exotic vacations that she and her family had experienced through Holiday Lounges. My first thought was no I really could not afford to do this as great as she made it sound. I repeatly decline the offer and was trying to ****** some of the reviews but was told I couldn't use my phone. Thereafter, a manager comes over and shares more pictures of him and his family in ******* for a family wedding that occurred just a few weeks before. I consistently say no we will pass, he consistently lowers the price, offers extra free trips, and was really persistent. We were told this meeting would take only an hour but it seems we were held hostage for several hours, even after the time our representative was assigned to leave. I did not receive access to the website until about a month later when I was able to look at the availability of the properties. Everywhere I wanted to go there were 1 *********** available or none at all. The representative only showed 5-star properties in their presentation. Every place I told them to search they were able to pull up, breathtaking resorts, which was all a lie. I started communicating with my representative ****** at Holiday Lounge who always informed me there were no properties available. Finally, I was able to contact **** at Holiday Loungevwho informed me he would be assisting me, again several communications with no answer. I have not utilized anything from this packet, I just want this contract terminated and all payment refunded to me. I have never been more deceived. We travel to ***** for a vacation getaway and now this has become a financial nightmare with no returns. I have held up my end of the bargain, with timely payments but this company on the other hand... have not. I feel like the whole experience was a scam, captured at their place of business, harassed and fooled by staff members, served celebration champagne, and given a gift certificate to get something to eat from the a bar restaurant by the pool, after hours of being there. Vacations that I would take that are listed on your website are not the promised $249 or $499, II must say, your staff is very professional with selling deceitful lies. Unlimited properties -NO, five-star hotels-NOT, swimming with dolphins with restaurants underwater-OF COURSE NOT. I was totally misled. I am requesting a full refund, I have not used any services. Total deceptive behavior. Even the site see tour company is the first line of action in this scam. Disappointed Customer
