I worked with ***** and his team to sell my land. ***** was able to find a buyer very quickly at the price I was asking. Overall, everything went smooth. Also, ***** and his team were very quick to respond to all of my questions and resolved my concerns with straight forward solutions. I highly recommend House Heroes and working with ***** and his team was a pleasure.

Hi ******. We understand youre disappointed, and in the rare instances in which we arent able to move forward we are also disappointed. As you know, our best offer was below the lowest price you were willing to take, but we were close so we collectively agreed to give it a shot. We all agreed that wed have 15 days to decide whether or not to move forward. While we didnt arrive at the conclusion we both wanted, we did honor the terms of our agreement. Though the formal written cancellation was sent on the 7th day, we worked diligently through the holiday weekend so that we could inform you of our decision quickly, just 2 business days after we signed the agreement. Lucas is the best. Really. He is knowledgeable and genuine. I wanted my condo taken off my hands, and he did it! He is intelligent, professional, and mostly, approachable. You can easily talk to him about anything and makes things at ease. Isnt that what we all want and need, to feel secure with our business transactions? ***** and his team at HouseHeroes were totally professional and pleasant to work with. From the beginning, they were on duty working toward the sale of my property.. When ***** assured me that he was familiar with the difficult situations that might come ** in a sale and he'd work through the challenges and not abandon the job, I figured, oh not this one, this should be so easy! Of course, things get weird even in a trust situation, so we had a few legal hurdles to clear. We still closed in a timely manner. I really appreciate their calls and updates on the process, I am happy to say, thank you all for a job well done!House Heroes, LLC
