    Beware of ** Outdoors for service. If we **uld give a negative it would be ****. We brought ****** in Oct 2, 2022 for a water leak to the lift area from the hail storm. It is practically brand new bought off the lot from Mesa RV few years earlier. Hence all else is in tip top shape. After multiple management changes and several months of excuses we waited and waited for repairs. At the end of 6 months then 8 months then 12 months of poor workmanship, turnovers we inspected ****** to find the generator, batteries do not work, have not been charged over 6 months, so the pull out wont slide out and ** Outdoors doesnt want to claim or repair it. Today they said the company is bought out and is charging us $50.00 a day for storage!!!!!! Our ins ** says if we take it off the lot we take responsibility. The only time ** outdoors called was for another check from ins. They received over $30,000 from our Ins directly we notified the ins. they stopped further payments. This has been a nightmare we havent been able to travel with out RV. A hearing is **ming up with the state. Praying

    This is an interesting complaint.  The ****** unit was between 6 and 7 years old when it was brought to Florida Outdoors with damage caused by a hail storm.  It took a while to complete as parts and people were in short supply due to *****.  We did complete the repairs in August of 2023 but **************** would not accept the unit.  He requested many additional repairs that were not part of the original event and we worked with his insurance company to approve and fix these items.  We fixed everything except his generator and arranged to have an Onan certified repair facility complete those repairs.  Every time **************** came to inspect the unit he would find some reason not to take it.  It became clear to the insurance company that he was not going to accept it and they decided to purchase the unit from him.   This was done in November and he no longer owns the unit.

    Today, August 4, 2023 I took my first trip to *************************** in ********** in my 2022 Leprechaun Coachmen ************* Home which I bought back in June 7, 2023 from Florida Outdoors in ******* I paid in full around $10*****.00 Thousand Dollars. On June 12 my partner and I went to paid off the complete amount and notice the mattress was ripped and They exchange for a "new one". then the muffler was loose and they fixed BUT today while in my site at the campground on my first trip on my Motor Home, I hook up the water hose, electricity and Black hose when inside to use the toilet and to my disbelieve water was coming up from the toilet, the sink and the kitchen sink. I turn the water off and saw how water was all over the trailer running out up to the front of the driver seat. I text them(it was closed) and left a complain about what I think was done to me. They sold me a LEMON. Only ***** miles in that truck with only 133 hours generator used not to be in such HORRIBLE conditions IF that's the true reason about the condition in that entire trailer. We've been camping for more than 20 years, had many trailers, never have seeing a disaster like in this one. I told **** "the salesman" I want to keep camping after my cancer from 9/11, Diabetes and more and I needed now to switch from a travel trailer to a Motor Home. He seems a good old guy, maybe did not know what was wrong BUT before the sale is done of such expense unit, re-check EVERYTHING. It drives good, still under truck warranty but its the trailer what has hidden troubles and I demand fixing or EXCHANGE.I worked hard for my money and I am very disappointed from their service. Not to mention that the plate took over a month to arrive home after they told me it will be home in a week I cancel my previous trip to ************************* due to that factor. I sincerely hope they will abide by their reputation and help close this dispute in good faith. Photos of today's incident will be available upon request. Hotel expenses, ETC. Thanks

    ********************** brought her unit to us for repairs on August 7th.  Someone had hooked up the water connection inorrectly causing it to "backfluch" into the RV.  We checked all connections and flow to ensure there was no other issue that caused this to happen.  ********************** picked up her coach on Ausgust 11 and hopefully is enjoying her next camping experience.
