  Even though I dont use Dura Guard Roofing their customer service was excellent. The Sales *** took the time and effort to provide detailed information on the condition of the roof and recommended ways to improve a roof replacement. Thank you very much.

  DuraGuard Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish.the salesperson ****** was very kind and informative. was always available to answer questions. he offered me agreat deal and offered a quality 160mph rated shingle.the project manager ****** was on top of everything and was always helpful. a true asset.I highly recommend this company as they are family owned , local and really cared about shingle roofing project. thank you so much

  Great company to deal with. Sales rep very knowledgeable, honest and professional, answered all our questions. The price was reasonable and they offer a good warranty.Roofing staff did a fantastic job and left our property neat and clean every day. The job was completed within a week. Our house looks great now, even our neighbors have had positive reviews. I would recommend DuraGuard to anyone!

  The worst experience ever!I initially reached out to DuraGuard for service, and during the sales process, everything seemed seamless and professional. The presentation was impressive, and I was excited to move forward. However, things quickly went downhill once the job started.First, I was shocked to discover that they had subcontracted the work to a different contractor without informing me. Worse, one of the workers fell off my roof and ended up in the hospital. When I contacted the sales **** he had no idea who was working on my roof and didnt seem concerned. Despite several attempts to check on the workers condition, I never received any information or follow-up from the company. They didnt even know the workers name!To make matters worse, they completely destroyed my drains during the removal process and never informed me. I had to find out on my own that I would need to hire a third-party company to replace the drainage system. Instead of fixing the issue, they just left the damaged drains sitting in my backyard without any explanation or accountability.On top of that, my contract was through My Safe Florida, and DuraGuard failed to send me a final invoice. Instead, I received an email threatening to put a lien on my property for nonpayment, which was incredibly frustrating given their lack of communication and the unresolved issues.I do not recommend hiring this company. If you want to avoid unnecessary stress, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of communication, steer clear of DuraGuard.

  DuraGuard did great job at a very fair price. They did the complete job of tear off, reinforce strapping down my trusses, sloping my flat patio roof for drainage, applying secondary water resistance barrier, and putting on a new aluminum roof covering.Their workers were professional, respectful, and cleaned up the property daily.I am very happy with their work. You should contact them and see for yourself.
