    Do not use this attorney. He is very rude, cold and does not return calls. I was referred to him by the Florida Bar, maybe 6 weeks ago, because I needed an eldercare attorney to help my disabled brother who lives near him, who is a very bad situation by the local system failing him, for years. He was cold to talk to and only interested in talking about money, which I, of course, can pay him. But I told him that we really needed his help. He asked me to email him different papers regarding my brother, which I did at that time. He said he was going to be away for a week. But, when I didn't hear back, started calling him two days ago. Because my brother's situation was far more dire. Yesterday, his assistant said he was out in the morning. So I said it was urgent, and asked him to call back. Around 3:00 she said he was going to be busy for 10 minutes. Of course he didn't call, and I hope I called him back several times, before 5;00 saying it was URGENT. He didn't call back. This morning I called and secretary said he sent me an email, WHICH HE DID NOT) and said he wasn't interested. I said why did he waste my time for 6 weeks, when this was URGENT. Why do nasty and despicable people like thus go into elder care law???!!! I FYI I saw other bad reviews before.
