Good Afternoon,I have attached the proof of delivery for ****************************** order that was delivered on February 3, 2023.Order was placed on 12/30/22. Factoring in the 01/02/23 holiday, the order was delivered on the 25th business day which is what ******* lists on the website. This amount of time is required due to the customization and high volume of orders that need to be produced, shipped, and delivered.Please let me know if you need any additional information.

At the ***** UIL State Wrestling Meet, February 2022 I placed an order with ******* for a hoodie. Over the course of almost a year I have been unable to get them to fulfill the order. In a recent email they admit that they took my money but did not process the order. Finally on December 8, 2022 *************************** sent me the following email.I am very sorry for all the inconvenience. I can assure you I can get your jacket out to you but this has to be put into production. With the time that has passed I am sure the order might have been misplaced. Please provide me with the color Hoodie you ordered size and shipping address and I can get this out to you once it is done production. Since this time I have still not recent the hoodie. I have sent multiple emails and called ******* but still nothing. I have lost faith that they will ever process my paid order. I have talked with other parents and this is a common problem with ******* not fulfilling orders.Business Response

Good Afternoon,I have received the correspondence along with the order that was not produced for ************ and his son.******* owes his son an apology. He worked very hard for this achievement that resulted in disappointment by not getting his jacket.I can see where the communication began in February 2022 with someone who was only with ******* for a few weeks. His order information apparently was missed by her replacement. When ************ followed up in November 2022, he was asked to provide the details to customize the jacket. He provided the requested information on 12/15/22 along with their mailing address which was acknowledged on 12/16/22 but did not get passed to our production team. This cannot be excused. We can only apologize and refund the order at this point.As per **************** request, we will refund the $89.00 listed on the order this week with a check.Payment will be sent to:

On December 30th, 2022 I purchased a sweatshirt from this company for $85.57 and they sent me an email with an order number and information stating they would send another email when they shipped my order. Well it has been 19 days since then and I have not received any information about my order, they took the money from my bank account. I have sent 2 emails and called 5 times and left 3 messages with their customer service line and have not had any response. At this point I feel it has just been a scam and I want my $85.57 back.Business Response

Good Evening,******* produced this order, and it was delivered today. When I questioned our **************** Manager about unanswered calls and emails, I was told that she did not receive any emails to her email address. It's possible that the emails were sent to a different email address. Our **************** team was behind on responding to calls and emails due to very high volume after the bowl games concluded. ******* took measures to prevent this from happening; however, the volume of orders and calls exceeded projections.******* will continue to take strides to have enough staff in place to fulfill and service orders properly. I ordered a tshirt online through the website for the Cure Bowl. I have called and emailed numerous times checking on my order status and have not received an answer. I bought the shirt on 12/19/22 and paid over $40. I have not received any update or status of my order. I just want a refund at this point.Business Response

Good Afternoon,******* received the complaint letter for ************** and confirmed receipt of his order that was received on 12/19/2022.Due to the high volume of orders and time required for production, packing, and shipping, ******* states that orders can take up to 25 business days.In this case, the 25th business day was yesterday, 01/24/2023, due to *******'s closure for the Christmas and New Years holidays.******* is running behind with completing some orders due to high volume and staff-shortage,which still seems to be a national problem for businesses.Our Digital Manager has confirmed that ****************** order is currently in production and will be shipped soon. Due to not meeting the 25 business day deadline, his request for a refund has been processed and a credit should be posted to his credit card within **** days. I Ordered and paid for a hoodie from TeamIP at ******** state cheer competition on Dec 10,2022 I received a hoodie in the mail a few weeks later and first of all it is Not the hoodie i paid $64 for and also the print on it was soo faded and the back of the hoodie is not legible at all. Its just ink marks I have emailed and sent pictures of the hoodie i received and did get a reply back and it did say they could see the print on hoodie was not legible But it was never mentioned an answer for a solution in their email reply. So i emailed back and asked to be sent the correct hoodie and one that is legible. No reply back from the company. I emailed a few more times again no replies. So i called and left multiple messages with No return calls All i have asked this company is the correct hoodie and one that is legible. Told them i would send this one back and do whatever i needed to do and still no replies. So i am hoping you can resolve this issue and either they send me a correct hoodie which is what i asked and if that is not possible then just give me back my money.Business Response
