    I ordered their product on 6/8/25. I have sent 5 emails. I finally got a reply after 3 and over 7 days has passed from my first initial contact. I asked for refund when 14 days had passed saying my product had a shipping label created, received no reply from the first two emails, received no tracking updates and was full price charged for their GLP-1 patches. I was denied a refund. I was told ** get an update and heard nothing yet again. They took my money and provided nothing. This company is a scam and has the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced.

    I placed an order on June 7th. I received a shipping notice with a tracking number (should have realized this was a scam since its coming from *****) the very next day! Needless to say, I have not received my product and there is no customer service support even though they tell you to email them! Im out $80!Definitely a scam!

    Website says made in the *** but was showing shipped from *****. It was June 2nd, still no order #**** and then yesterday I get another email saying my order ***** was processed and charged. I can't even get a hold of anyone via email or on their message app on the website.

    The company admitted to putting out a product that had severe physical reactions and had the product recalled. These reactions sent me to the ** and cost me over $12,000 in tests to find out what the problem was (before the company sent the recall). When I contacted the company for compensation I was ignored and forced to file a suit against them costing even more time and money. I have been ignored by every attempt to reach them through e-mail and customer service.

    Terrible customer service. Order was placed three weeks ago on 11/17 and my order has yet to be processed for shipment (12/1) Ive emailed multiple times with them telling me my order will be shipped soon only for that to not be true. Multiple emails later they responded saying were behind due to Black Friday. Thank you for your support when I questioned them again asking if my order was being prioritized due to being placed well before Black Friday, they stop responding. I truly like the brand and what they offer. But I will definitely be thinking twice before purchasing from them again or recommending them to anyone.

    What they stand for and their influence in the industry is amazing everyone should strive like them. However, when customer service is the terrible it can kill everything for that brand. That's what happened here. Taking a month long for them to not even ship out an order yet more than 20 interactions with the sole customer service rep she couldn't do her job fully to do that work to talk to the necessary people to get the information about my order. Instead the responses I received were "Everyone is working hard." That's just stating that obvious. I placed my order before Black Friday and when two weeks had passed and it still wasn't shipped I reached out again. I was told Dec. 9th my package would be out, then I was told Dec. 16th all Black Friday orders would be out, still nothing.
